I live here in Branson and have been eating Charleys for years but I decided to try and order online this time , I asked for extra tomatoes and pickles specifically on my order and when I came to pick it up and receive they had only put ONE tomato slice and pickle on the sandwich and that is just lazy . I suggest ordering in person so you can watch them make it otherwise they do not listen to directions on your online order .

This is my most favorite place to eat in Arlington . We came for vacation to Branson. This location was burning up for customers walking in and the poor workers . They at least had fans but when the place is 91 degrees the rest of the place should have fans also ! We had to get our food to go and couldn’t stand to eat inside . Workers had great attitude and customer service . You could tell they where not happy about the heat either ! Do better at this location buy fans for your customers also if it’s going to by 91 degrees in July on the inside of your business !

Location is closed but failed to mention in app. Let me make my online order and when I got to the store had a sign about due to unforseen circumstances its closed until further notice. Communicate better.
have a new favorite place to eat. The portions are huge and the food is so good. Tried the peach lemonade and it is amazing. would recommend for the best cheesesteak around.

I have worked on the Landing for two years and frequent Charley's for their sweet staff and yummy food. I have never had any less than a five-star experience from the employees at this location. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service and maintain positive attitudes regardless of circumstance, even as of recently with the A/C being down in the middle of June. First I would like to clarify that the employees here are FANTASTIC. Upper management, however, is doing an absolutely TERRIBLE job of reciprocating the effort their workers put in for them every day to keep their customers satisfied. For over two weeks the A/C has been down, with temperatures reaching over 100 degrees outside. It gets pretty hot in that tiny restaurant with no cooling system and fryers/grills constantly running. They deserve more than a few fans to keep them cool, if not paid time off until the issue is resolved. Shame on you, Charley's, for making your hard-working employees endure such terrible working conditions! You would think this would be handled with a sense of urgency. Not to mention the pregnant woman running the kitchen during my visit today looked absolutely sick working in the heat. I only gave five stars so as not to negatively impact the employees. Do better for your workers!!!!

Woke up with stomach cramps and diarrhea missed a whole day's work because I couldn't get off the toilet will not recommend and most definitely will not be returning
