We were excited to try the Chateau Sunday brunch- as we needed a new holiday brunch spot after The Keeter Center discontinued their Sunday offerings. The Chateau Brunch did not disappoint! We loved that all eggs were made to order, and that the mimosas and bloody Mary's were included. NJ was a wonderful and attentive server. The variety of foods were outstanding- the pastries and desserts, especially. Our families only complaints- we would love to see crackers or lavosh offered with the cheese charcuterie spread- that seemed weird they were missing. Also, the chicken and short rib entrees were mediocre at best. The short ribs were tough and couldn't be cut with our knife.

This was an amazing opportunity to share Thanksgiving dinner with my family. The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. The valet was awesome. If you're ever looking for a place to dine with your family for the holidays this is your place if you're ever in Branson.

Our food never arrived. We waited almost 2 hours. We finally paid the bill for our wine and left. Such a shame because the venue is beautiful and the bread was delicious. They made excuse after excuse. Don't eat here unless you have 6 hours to spare.

Service was excellent, Christina was the best. Food was excellent, presentation and quality was excellent. Salad fork and spoon would not be amiss for over a two hundred meal. Atmosphere was very good, quiet and comfortable.

Service and ambiance were outstanding. The food quality was great, but the serving temperature wasn't up to par. The sides had cooled down and weren't that appetizing. The main entree was hot and well prepared and very good. Overall good experience except for the food temperatures.

The food and service were outstanding and we will make a reservation the next time we are in the area

I just had to leave a review for our waitress, Sandra! Both my girlfriend and I could immediately tell the pride and care Sandra took in her work and you simply don't see that every day in our world. She made our dining experience have such a personal touch :) The French Onion soup was amazing, the large seabass requires no knife and melts in your mouth.

Bar service marginal, dining room service good. waited long time on food, and it was good but average. entire dining room was dated and plain for such a grand hotel.

The only wish we had was to have the Pork Chop that we had eaten last month. They were out of that so we ordered something different. Please keep the pork chop on your next menu. Thank you.

Anniversary dinner, excellent waitress (Madison) and that’s where it ended. We watched as others got their food enjoyed their meals and left.. 2 hours later frustrated still no meal, I told the waitress we were leaving if our food didn’t come within 5 min. All of a sudden here she comes with our $200 50oz tomahawk steak COLD asparagus COLD mashed potatoes so cold they were gummed.. it was dreadful.. to say the least we didn’t eat.. after all the bragging she did about the chef from Brazil we were seriously let down, going to be without dinner

My husband and I had the filet mignon, atlantic salmon, and we shared a creme brulee for dessert. Everything was fantastic, and our server was wonderful. The lakeside view was gorgeous!

Michael the server was funny, personable and attentive! Loved him! Great service!! Now….for the food. For one, we had a party of about 15 people which is bringing good business to the establishment, with that being said we are all paying customers and I was very very disappointed that upon arrival we were forced to select from a prefixed menu of two entrees because our party was “too large”. I was really excited to try the seafood and was disappointed. The bread was harder than a rock that flew out of a volcanic eruption. If I threw the bread at someone I’m certain they would get a concussion BUT the compound butter was good.

The salad that we were FORCED to order, was absolutely disgusting! I have never in my entire life seen baby sardines on top of a salad. It made the entire salad fishy and frankly my stomach rumbled as soon as it sat on the table. Out of 15 people at the table….No one ate it.

Now the main dish was PHENOMENAL if I wasn’t there for a work event I probably would’ve scraped the plate but I had to resist my urge! Even though I wouldn’t have ordered it originally …I still REALLY enjoyed it. Please please make some edits to the salad. It was a horrible first impression and the joke of the night. We were almost scared that there were sardines hidden in the rest of the food. CHEERS!! And keep up the great service Micahel and Jake!
