My tea came with floaties, not sure what they were in my glass. We ordered a $27 appetizer of shrimp cocktail and crab claws. You could tell it was all frozen that they thawed under water to order. The crab claws were still half frozen, and not at all worth $27. Dinner options were limited to 3 with the same sides. We ended up leaving after that and going to dinner somewhere else. We will not be going back.

We stayed at Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa & Convention Center during some pretty intense winter weather and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but the team there made our visit a positive one. Kelly and Ben at the front desk were consistently attentive and helpful. Kelly even made sure our truck was pulled up and warmed during a break in the weather, which meant so much in the cold. Ben checked on us while we were enjoying dinner and a playoff game just to be sure we were taken care of. Madison and Brandy at the spa were incredibly sweet and welcoming. It really touched us to realize they were snowed in too and staying onsite away from their families so guests could still be served. Jesse Boyd and Samantha took great care of us at dinner — Jesse was a wonderful conversationalist and clearly a thoughtful manager who cares about doing things well. Jeffery in the sweet shop made coffee that easily rivals specialty coffee shops and was a bright spot on a snowy day. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We appreciated indoor options like board games, laundry access, and the private theater when much of the area was shut down. Maintenance also stayed on top of snow removal and salting, which helped everyone feel safe. The décor leans traditional and some areas could use updating, but the heart of this place is its people. We truly felt cared for during a difficult weather week, and that left the biggest impression. Grateful for the experience and the staff who worked hard to serve guests well.

Well it was my birthday and I was hoping for a special evening but the food was pricey and not a big selection. We asked for a seat by window and they sat us in middle of room. Waitress would not let us substitute any sides even though paying $60 for filet. Then no dessert or anything special for my birthday celebration. Could have went anywhere for money spent and got a special treat for $200 bill. Filet was good but won't be back.

We went for an anniversary celebration on New Year's Eve. Several of the menu items were not available. We had the Seabass and the pork chop. The pork chop was too tough to chew and the Seabass was too salty to eat. The service was mediocre. We mentioned on the reservation, to the hostess, and to the waitress that it was our anniversary. No attempt to do anything to help make the evening special. There were more dirty tables than clean tables . Our experience was definitely not worth the money.

We (party of 7) arrived 30+ minutes prior to our reservation time, but were seated 15min post our time. Our entire dining experience took 3.5hrs, due to very slow service! The food was good, but only warm....nothing hot. Our server was less than happy to be there.

Money well spent! Great food, spectacular service by RJ and one of the best omelettes we had while exploring Branson. Amazing variety of food at the Sunday Brunch. If you leave hungry it is your own fault. Also loved the nativity and gingerbread house displays.

Beef Wellington was good for me. Wife could not eat hers due to the meat being stringy and tough to eat. Everything else was good. Great waiter. They did make the unfortunate steak issue right for us so, disappointed yes but, things like this can happen. I would recommend giving them a try.

We were excited to try the Chateau Sunday brunch- as we needed a new holiday brunch spot after The Keeter Center discontinued their Sunday offerings. The Chateau Brunch did not disappoint! We loved that all eggs were made to order, and that the mimosas and bloody Mary's were included. NJ was a wonderful and attentive server. The variety of foods were outstanding- the pastries and desserts, especially. Our families only complaints- we would love to see crackers or lavosh offered with the cheese charcuterie spread- that seemed weird they were missing. Also, the chicken and short rib entrees were mediocre at best. The short ribs were tough and couldn't be cut with our knife.

This was an amazing opportunity to share Thanksgiving dinner with my family. The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. The valet was awesome. If you're ever looking for a place to dine with your family for the holidays this is your place if you're ever in Branson.

Our food never arrived. We waited almost 2 hours. We finally paid the bill for our wine and left. Such a shame because the venue is beautiful and the bread was delicious. They made excuse after excuse. Don't eat here unless you have 6 hours to spare.

Service was excellent, Christina was the best. Food was excellent, presentation and quality was excellent. Salad fork and spoon would not be amiss for over a two hundred meal. Atmosphere was very good, quiet and comfortable.

Service and ambiance were outstanding. The food quality was great, but the serving temperature wasn't up to par. The sides had cooled down and weren't that appetizing. The main entree was hot and well prepared and very good. Overall good experience except for the food temperatures.

The food and service were outstanding and we will make a reservation the next time we are in the area

I just had to leave a review for our waitress, Sandra! Both my girlfriend and I could immediately tell the pride and care Sandra took in her work and you simply don't see that every day in our world. She made our dining experience have such a personal touch :) The French Onion soup was amazing, the large seabass requires no knife and melts in your mouth.
