If I could give no stars, I would. Worst service and food of our whole trip. We spent OVER two hours here. Tons of open booths and not terribly busy, but our service was not great. We waited 10 minutes for a refill after asking. We didnt see our server again, so we couldn't ask a second time. When he finally came back around, we mentioned that we were still waiting on a refill for one of family members. He was very aggrevated with us for asking again. So this time he decided to come back with refills for everyone in our party. Which to us was pretty sarcastic. Right before our food should be coming, we had 12 cups sitting at our table. Everyone had two pretty much full cups, other than one person. One in our party ordered a side salad. It arrived after his food had all came. So by the time he was finished with his salad, his food was cold. One of the steaks we ordered was ordered as well done, however It came out as rare. No worries, it happens. We waited for it to be recooked. 15 minutes later and after everyone had finished eating, it came. Cut into the steak and it was rare again. The waiter had a terrible attitude about the whole experience and was nothing short of rude. It would have been a totally different experience if he was apologetic and sincere, but he was anything but that. We will never eat at this establishment again.

Food sucked. Wife and niece got chicken Alfredo pasta, they used the lemon chicken for the chicken for the pasta tasted awful. Brother in law ordered medium steak and got a well done one. Chips for the trio were all crumbs and busted up tiny pieces like it was the bottom of the bin. There is so many better places to eat in branson. I would avoid this one.

They were super busy, but got us seated quickly. The staff was efficient food was very good. The Monte Cristo was good and the crasants were AMAZING very soft and flaky... delicious.

First time here at the establishment.. Food was yummy, hot, and generous portion sizes. The ONLY complaint I have was the server wasn't that attentive..He did stay on top of our drinks but wasn't very sociable.

We love Cheddars. It is a corporate restaurant and our expectations are consistent with that model. Our meal was as expected with the following exceptions:

1. It is my fault for not checking the ticket prior to departure, but I was charged $7.29 for chips & queso dip after redeeming "free with code" coupon. LESSON: Thoroughly, check your bill.

2. Buffalo rollup: shell was dry and crusty after being seared on a griddle.

We will be back though this visit had a few negatives. The staff and waitress were outstanding!
