I'm usually a fan of Chick-Fil- A but this was not a good experience. My wife ordered a salad in the drive thru and said she wanted ranch dressing. When she opened her food the dressing was avocado ranch. She hates avocado and therefore had to eat her salad dry.
Usually before the remodel, they’ve been fairly good all the time. Maybe it’s because people are learning to work together, but after my meal, I went up to get my birthday gift, freebie, and I stood waiting for about 10 minutes to get it and finally, I said something to one of them. It was free so I guess it was OK.
The sandwiches are great. The complaint I have is that whenever I get their tea it makes my tongue burn. It only does this when I eat foods with flavor enhancement or preservatives. So, I don't drink their tea anymore.
