I love the concept of Chick-fil-A, I just wish their food was better quality. All of the chicken sandwiches were overcooked, but somehow soggy. I don't even know how that's possible.

Ate here 3 times during our week in Branson. We love CFA and always eat at one when it’s where we are traveling. Saturday breakfast was excellent. Chicken was prepared expertly and the counter person was great, even came and checked on us twice. Monday breakfast we had one of the least friendly counter people we’ve ever had at a CFA. don’t know if she was just having a bad day or is always like that, but she doesn’t belong up front. On our way to Wild Woody, we stopped by Chick-fil-A for a quick meal, and as always, the experience was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Even though it was a busy time, the service was super fast, and our food was ready in no time.
