Had trouble figuring out bill due to 3 couples. Waitress tried to help

Our waitress was absolutely AMAZING!!! I can't speak enough good about her. She was quick and polite, and our drinks were never empty before we had another one on the table. She had the absolute most beautiful smile! Tatiana, YOURE AWESOME!

The food was hot and delicious. This is the only restaurant where I've actually been able to eat the mozzarella sticks. They weren't overly greasy like others I've had.

The only thing that wasn't great about our experience was the hostess. She was EXTREMELY snarky and rude. We didn't realize that the high chair was the kind you set in the booth. When we asked her about it, she was rude when she responded, "Well, I can't set the high chair in the floor." Girl, you could've been a lot nicer. I didn't get her name, although now I wish I would've.

If you go to Chili's, definitely ask for Tatiana as your waitress. You WONT be disappointed!!!

My husband and I stoped in for a margarita and fajitas. I ordered a patron tequila margarita, they couldn’t find the patron, not sure what I had, but drank it anyway. The fajitas: my husband tried to put some shrimp on his fajita but the shrimp were so small (the size of my little fingernail) it took him three stabs to hit one, the rice was dry and there was no salsa. We paid 34.16 for dinner. No discount for all the mistakes. I ate nothing, my husband ate 1 happily will pay for my margarita and a taco that my husband had. The asst general manager was a disgrace to her job. Best regards

Usually pretty good. They don't have a just regular grilled chicken sandwich, so I was kinda bummed about that. An employee suggested to try the kids grilled chicken sliders maybe? Since I was taking it all home anyway--and I have all the stuff at home I would want on a grilled chicken sandwich-- I gave it a go. Meh. But my kid ate it, which is kinda the point ig lol

Overall: convenient location, to-go employees are always helpful, bartenders are very attentive and friendly, decent spot to watch sports. The parking lot is tricky during peak times, but that's probably out of their control.

Parking: During peak times, parking can be tricky. The entrance/exit is shared with the restaurant next door and it's all just a tight fit.

Appetizers are great but me and my boyfriend got the fajitas and ribs and the ribs had no meat to them and the chicken in the fajitas was unseasoned

We did a to go order.. the good: meal was ready when said and hot. I ordered a steak(med) mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The corn was delicious,potatoes were ordinary but tasted good.The disappointment was the steak. The steak was over cooked and dry(pieces were shaving off as I was cutting it) and flavorless. Now I know this isn't a steak house but for $25 bucks I would hope the main meat would be cooked correctly.

Food and waiter were great, the one that took the number in your party and decided where you sit needed reprimanded. Couple came in 10 minutes behind us, were on a 20 minutes wait ,they went to the bar so they didn't have to wait after 1 minute came back to her and she seated them immediately aswe stood there for another 20 minutes

Food here is good, not amazing but not bad. Like any other American sit down restaurant chain. Service is always outstanding though.

I just have terrible luck it seems when I order to go. Maybe it's because I don't feel like a to go order should be tipped. Not sure, I just know that my food is always missing something or cooked poorly.
