Ordered the 3 for me and got burger and fries, chips and salsa for appetizers. Salsa tasted like cocktail sauce. There was so much salt on the food the fries looked like they were crusted in salt. Could not eat the food at all. Management no where to be found. Paid for the meal and left. Won’t go back.

We absolutely love this Chili’s location. We live just north of Springfield but drive to Branson when we want Chili’s. We have never had a bad experience there. Roni and the team are all professional, courteous, and kind. The food is great, shockingly fast, and always right. I can’t say enough good things about the crew there.

Darian our bartender/server was great. When we first arrived, business was slow, all of a sudden it picked up and she managed to take care of everything that was put in front of her. She is definitely a hustler and it got so busy her manager Blaise, helped also. A great atmosphere and everyone worked together to make things work. Awesome place, food and people.

Service was good but our waitress was in training by a gentleman with a bad leg/limp & after paying for our bill I left a cash tip on the table for our waitress & the gentleman asked if we needed change & I replied no thank u. He then picked up the tip & put it straight in his right front pocket. I promised my wife not to mention it to him the tip was for the trainee so we left without incident. It was a 32% tip & I’m certain she never seen a dime & it was wrong for me not to say anything.

Ashley needs a raise. She slyly got everyone ready to go while the food was being prepared, so when we were done eating, for 8 people it took less then an hour from walking in to walking out satisfied. Food was great, and Ashley was a very well prepared and organized waitress. She made the experience 10x better just from being organized and self prepared.

Food was great and server was fantastic.
