Calia was the most beautiful, attentive, hardworking and sweet waitress at cicis pizza in Springfield. We loved her generosity, smiles and sweet personality. Amazing.

Fun place for the family on a budget. Pizza tastes good, and you can even order take out. Pizza is fresh, and they also have wings, salad and soup. Nice variety of drinks. They have private party rooms available as well as an arcade. The arcade uses a reloadable card, and you win points that can be redeemed for prices. The dining area is large. It's great for large groups needing a quick bite. There is also a Starbucks next door. It's right across from white water.

To start I will say we went at an odd time. About 2 pm. They were slow but the dining area was very dirty. The pizzas were not refreshed while we were eating. Half of the games in the game room were not working.However I think I should mention that there was a young child unsupervised and upset and a worker quickly stepped in to ensure that kid was safe while they located the family. It appeared to me that the child even went out the front door when the worker went to get them! That's the reason for the 4 star rating. I would only hope that would happen if one of my kids were to get out of my sight for whatever reason!

Their hours are 11-8, not the 11-10 like stated online. We ordered my sons favorite pizza to-go (Mac & Cheese pizza) and it looks delicious!! The buffet seemed to have several options available when I looked it over while I waited, & that was 15 minutes before they closed. We’ve always enjoyed this place when we visited Branson but opted not for a family dinner because of the recent reviews left lately. But my kiddo will be happy, & that’s all that matters to me.

Greasy Underbaked pizza. Soggy bottom indeed. I wanted to enjoy it so much. Price of the buffet is pretty high as well. They need to bake everything a few minutes more. The staff was very friendly.

0/10 recommend. Waste of money. Hardly any selection of food. No arcade games. High chairs all looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months, food and crumbs all over the floor, tables not cleaned off, the bathroom had a AWFUL smell and looked like they have not been maintenance what so ever, their fountain drinks were all watered down (flat). There was only two employees working. I went there last year and it was clean and everything was amazing but this year was the complete opposite!! This place needs closed down until they can get it working and keep cleaned. Absolutely disgusted and will not be going back.

I do like CiCi Pizza but this is the worst one we have been to. You might think that a Branson location would be a step up but no, very disappointed, won't go back.The place -It was not very clean. Tables were left dirty with no attention. The bathroom was filthy and half the lights were off in the bathroom. There was no lights over the stalls, I used my phone light to make sure the stool was clean. Not good.Atmosphere-Half the place was roped off with some dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned. There was no tv's to watch only a small radio on top of the drink machine that we could barely hear. The game area was closed which I am sure left the kids there unhappy. Along the buffet they had dirty crusty rags to catch dripped food. Gross and not good.Food -The pizza was ok at best. There was some dried older pizza people were avoiding which made the fresh pizzas go quick. None of the CiCis have cheese for the salads (which is strange) bit this one had very little to top a salad. Not even bacon bits or sunflower seeds.Every CiCi I have been to has Alfredo and red sauce for pasta or dipping. Their white sauce, what ever it is (I wouldn't call it Alfredo), was weird. I think It was soup. Maybe potato soup less the potatoes? It wasnt horrible, just Odd.Overall really bad.

The hubs and I stopped in for a quick bite during our most recent stay to Branson. We came in 2016 with our kids and enjoyed it then, too. It’s affordable and fast! It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing you could do to make it better is add cheese to your salad fixings lol. We like cheese lol.

My husband and I always eat here while in Branson. We were very upset and disappointed. There wasn't a good selection of pizza. The staff was very unfriendly. I ask if they were going to bring out more pizza. She nudged her shoulders as to no. They have always in the past had delicious cinnamon dessert rolls. I ask about the dessert cinnamon rolls. She told me they don't and have never had cinnamon desserts. Other people in there kept going and looking for pizza and just walking back to their tables. We travel to Branson 4 to 6 times a year and look forward to eating at cc's pizza. This will be our last visit to this place. I'm wondering if it is under different management ?
Lettuce with dried up topping choices, pasta sauce with no pasta, unrecognizable soup and four dried up pizzas. No breadsticks, no dessert. The only thing worth the money here was the soda. I recommend choosing somewhere else!

This is a joke! Salad bar and 4 pizzas on the buffet. None of the breadsticks, pasta and desserts normally served on Cicis buffet.

I had heard that this place was not very good, but gave it the benefit of the doubt. The establishment was dirty and the food was not high quality. The pizza bar was largely empty. What was refilled was dry, with very sparse toppings. The signature deserts (cinnamon rolls, etc. ) were not offered. When I attempted to buy a game card, the machine was broken. After standing in line to purchase one, we discovered that all of the games were disabled. I did finally get a refund, but I had very disappointed children. I couldn’t get back the $53 I wasted on food. This location needs to majorly improve or close.

This is a FRANCHISE! Need I say more? Ok I will. This is the biggest Cici's Ive ever been in but the absolute WORST! Tried charging $1 for my 2 year old that doesnt even eat pizza. $1?! Really?! This is not on the menu board. I believe its made up. They do give a military discount of $1 for active duty. $1? Geez..keep your stupid dollar. I've attached a picture of the sad dessert bar. You cannot order a pizza for yourself. You basically order and stand around waiting or come back and hope its still there. The salad bar had 6 different dressings but only 2 full. The others were empty. My advice..go to Pizza Ranch. Your dollar will go a lot further and you won't be angry and dissatisfied upon leaving. For the amount of money you make Cici's, you can do better.

Would give less than one star if it were an option. Absolutely one of the worst buffets I’ve eaten at in a while. Salad bar has not been attended to. Food was all over the place on it. Salad dressings were skimming over on the side. One girl in front of me was pulling pizzas apart with her hands because they had not been cut to the edges and were therefore stuck together and she handled what few pieces of pizza were on the buffet. Asked the people working there to cut pizzas all the way to the edge so this wouldn’t be happening. Later observed same girl at the salad bar licking her hands and then putting them on other items at the salad bar. Granddaughter decided to get pasta where the girl hadn’t been. Pasta sauce was watery thin. I finally stood at the buffet table and waited for fresh pizzas to come out. Still weren’t cut well but at least I got to them before the girl. Will not ever go back here again.
