The guy taking my order was extremely rude just threw the receipt down on the counter and couldn’t even hand me my food. The pretzels were not hot and tasted like they had been sitting there after I paid $11.00. Don’t go here!

Love the food just need better menu display showing what is available. Prices were high here at this location. Branson landing.

Just keep walking. The excessive prices coupled with the barely room temperature treat will leave you dissatisfied. Stale pretzels and lack luster Cinnabons are not worth the high prices. Along with a $3.50 bottle of pure life water because they can is just disgusting.

I went here a few months back and they were super busy and the line moved fairly fast but the guy at the counter was super rude. Then he walked outside in the middle of the rush and I heard his coworker ask where he was going and he ignored him.

We always said we wanted to try this eatery everytime we went to the Landing. Well, today was the day. Thirty bucks later we were snacking on cold, hard- as-a- rock cinnabons. Next time we come to the Landing, we'll just keep walking.

First I want to state that I love Cinnabon. This franchise had great rolls like all there others locations. The bummer part was after spending almost $40 on a six rolls and two large lemonades (which I didn’t have a problem with) I couldn’t get a small cup of water. They could only offer me a bottle of water for purchase. Just as bad as a business that will allow you to spend money at their establishment and direct you to another business you aren’t patronizing for a restroom. Pathetic!

Awesome place to stay very very clean

Clean and not busy. Literally no line until we got ready to leave the store after our purchase.

A little pricey but enjoyed the iced coffees and pretzel pepperoni bites. The regular pretzel bites were a little dry and didn't care for the prepackaged cheese product. Nice location just past center of the landing. Thanks

Love this place for pretzels and sweets. Super friendly staff
Not to knock Cinnabon but Aunt Annie pretzels are my cryptonite. Can't pass a store without stopping to get one. Problem is, every wants a bite once I open the bag. Need to order more. Love' em!

The cinnamon rolls are literally the best ever. If I could eat this every day for the rest of my life I’d be the happiest woman alive! Staff seemed friendly enough.

Sitting out front of the store at Branson Landing and doors are locked! Website says open at 10 am. It is 11:15, so annoying!! Get your stuff together or leave the Landing so another store that actually can open on time can move in!! No excuses!!! BY THE WAY, COFFEE MACHINE IS GOING AND DAY OLD CINNABON IN THE WINDOW, SO WHAT GIVES!!

Great food but the actual building is very tiny and you are shoved in like sardines.

This was a good location the wait wasn't too long and the mini bons were fresh.
