it said it closes at 10pm online and on the door but it was closed at 9pm and the employee just stood and looked at us as we got to the door.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday and the only thing about it that was correct was the icing on the outside. Everything on the inside was completely wrong.
**Update** and it's unfortunate the owner chose to misrepresent in their reply rather than apologize. Would have been happy to change my review if they'd taken a little responsibility. There are the pictures. There was no red velvet, no cookie dough, no marshmallow, no yellow cake layer, no fudge ganache mid layer.

We came in late last night 1/19 and the younger guy working was so friendly and helpful. He was really cool! Great suggestions and he let us try all the flavors we wanted. Ice cream was great!

Great customer service. Threw the ice cream up and caught it in a cup. Then, they sang my family a cute song because we tipped them.

Very unfriendly staff and not trained well at all. I got a snickers shake and the girl asked me how to make it. I told her I don't know, I don't work here. She then tries to leave out the chocolate and caramel sauce and I told her i know those are in it. The ice cream itself was ok but staff was not.
