AWESOME! You can’t go wrong with the cheesecake fantasy! And the staff puts on a great show!

Ice cream had freezer burn and was iced over. I paid for a small and the person working there filled my cup up maybe 2/3 full if I’m being generous. I asked if she could use the whole cup and she just got more freezer burned ice cream and plopped it on the top of the mixed specialty ice cream I paid a million dollars for and didn’t mix anything into it. This is how I know the ice crystals and sheets of ice in the ice cream were not from the slab… the plain chocolate glommed on the top of the specialty ice cream I was supposed to get was even worse than the ice cream that was actually mixed on the cold stone. We paid $32 for 4 tiny poor quality ice creams the size of single serving Blue Bell cups from the grocery store. Save your money and your time.

Unfortunately when me and my family went the icecream was melted before it even hit the cone. The cone was ruined after that and it was just a disaster

The two young guys working in here were great! I worked at Cold Stone as a teenager. Often when I visit one now, I am disappointed to see that workers don’t have fun or sing for tips anymore. Both of the guys today made great signatures, flipped the ice cream up and into the cup and sang after the tip. My daughter finally saw what I’ve been talking about. Loved it!

Their coolers were down, and the stone was down, too, but they still kept their doors open. Charged us full price for the ice creams, which were not ice creams but milkshakes.

It’s was amazing. I got the coffee lovers and it was delightful. The workers also did some pretty cool tricks while making it.

This cold stone was a phenomenal cold Stone, they had great service and sang for every tip. It was the best coffee cookie dough that I have ever had in my life. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant any higher.

Excellent choices & fast service. It was very entertaining! Hearing them sing was a suprise. Each time they get a tip they sing a different song. Loved it!! We will be back.

Only two tables indoor that were taken. Outdoor floor stained with ice cream that looked quite dirty

One of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to. They had my milkshake out lickity split and shared tons of laughs in between. Aiden, Amelia, and becca were all so much fun to talk to. Definitely coming back!

Amelia Becca and Aiden, were so amazing ! They treated with such great hospitality. They had a great time with us and made our entire vacation to Branson. I will definitely be coming back to Branson cold stone just to see them. The lady who left a poor review is scared of fun. These people are so amazing and so fun. Pay them a visit !!
