One of the flavors was old.

Visited this cold stone tonight and since my family and I are out of town I ordered an everybody size carton to take home. It is advertised it’s going to be a full carton filled to the brim but she barely filled it over half way. Before she even put it in the carton she instructed me to go check out, which I would understand if there was a line but nobody was behind me. This is my favorite ice cream place and I was so excited to take some home, but I am very disappointed I payed almost $20 for a carton that’s just over halfway full.

THE BEST ICE CREAM!! They also have cute jingles when they get a tip and as long as we were there, it was a different song each time. I got the Chocolate Devotion in the Love it size and wow, just amazing! We even went when it was busy and they still work very fast and it’s not too expensive. Will be back for sure!

Ice cream is always good but my only thing was the kid didn't listen on how we wanted our ice cream. On my mom's they didn't mix the ingredients into the ice cream with 2 flavors instead they threw it all on top and use the wrong topping. When I asked for the boo ice cream and banana pudding he put cotton candy with it instead of banana. When I told him that was the wrong ice cream he scooped it off! What if I was allergic to cotton candy flavor??. No they were not busy we were the only customers in there then two more walked in hadn't even ordered yet. So not sure why he didn't understand. Other than that ice cream tasted good!

I took my girls in to get some ice cream around 9:30pm on a Saturday night.
Most places would have been annoyed at the late customers but I was so pleased to see such friendly employees! My girls LOVED seeing the tricks one of the male workers was doing with the ice cream & the singing after receiving tips was the cherry on top! ?

We stopped in and they had about 20 people in there around 7p.m. on a Thursday. They got thru the customers quickly and the 4 young ladies working were a delight to deal with. Not only were they friendly, but they sang songs while working, tossed iced cream up in the air ect. Probably my favorite dining experience in Branson.

It has been a long time since I had Cold Stone Creamery ice cream! When I was in Branson last week, I saw this shop during my drive on the strip, and later that afternoon, I stopped by to order my ice cream. I ordered cheesecake with fruit ice cream on a cone, and it was delicious!

The location has plenty of parking spots, and the staff are prompt and fast with their services. I highly recommend this ice cream shop if you visit Branson, MO.
