Always good food and service, need to change the logo back though. This doesn't go with how cracker barrel was as a country store, as long as the shopping stays the same.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Branson but I will not step Foot In This Place anymore. Cracker Barrel has gone woke, I hope everybody boycotts you.

Fried fish was ok. The coleslaw tasted like it came out of a bag. The fried shrimp were overcooked. The service was great.

Won't go back. Food was basically hospital quality. Smaller portions. The hashbrown casserole was a small glop on the plate. The service was literally in pain with a knee injury. We had to wait on coffee refills. One refill a piece. Had to share a biscuit plate. Kinda sad. I used to really like CB. I don't like giving bad reviews but CB just ain't what it was.

Waitress had said she has worked for Cracker Barrel for twenty years. Must be doing it right!
we always stop at Cracker Barrel store for gift goodies.
Cracker Barrel is always hit or miss. Service was horrible and it was so loud . We were surrounded by screaming.

I had the chicken fried steak. I told the waitress white gravy on the steak and on my mashed potatoes. Brown gravy was on the potatoes…not a huge deal but odd.

Today's visit was memorable, but not in a positive way. We had a table of 5, ordering breakfast. We waited an hour to get our meals and my order was wrong. We seemed to have a seasoned waitress who knew what she was doing, however once we got our bill we asked if we could get senior discounts and a percentage off the bill for having to wait so long. She immediately said no we don't do that here. I thought that to be rather cold. Our overall experiences have been good, and maybe they were just having a bad day. This day was the wrong time to have that kind of day. We had out of State visitors and two were disabled. Life goes on...

Usually we have a great experience but not this time. We understandably had to wait for food but we received burnt and overcooked food. When trying to get it fixed we're told that's how it's cooked. The manager came and we talked and said she'd be back then never came back. We didn't get to eat anything. Both the manager and server were rude when we had issues.

We stopped at the Branson location yesterday for breakfast / lunch. Food was good. However, the service was not great by our server. We had to flag down another server to get drink refills as ours never checked on us after she took our order.
The other gal Nikki did a wonderful job taking care of us, even though we weren’t her table.
We will be back and hopefully will have Nikki for the whole experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s easy for you to get a wheelchair thru there.
