Stopped in here because we wanted a good burger that didn't require us to go in and set down. Culver's has always been a good spot just for that. But tonight they let me down. Ordered a single and a double butter burger with bacon on both. They didn't ring the double up with bacon at all which in hindsight was a good thing but they did on the single and forgot to put it in the burger. Rule #1 don't forget to add bacon when the wife wants bacon. Other than that the food was good but because me and the wife got no bacon you have to suffer the consequences of such a travesty!

Very crowded, first time trying to, no condiments on any of the food like it was supposed to be prepared.
Ordered on app. Arrived to pick up food. Waited for almost 40 minutes before I went inside just for them to tell me that they had not received my order. When I showed them the receipt they told me that it would be just a second. After waiting 20 more minutes i finally got my food. I dont even wait an hour when im at a resteraunt. Staff was apologetic and friendly but seemed like they were lost. Even though i waited long thw Food was still good which is why i gave them 3*.
