Terrible customer service. Promoted a coupon in a local magazine and did not honor it. Said that they did not have to honor it because there was a sign in the window at their physical location explaining the coupon was discontinued. Said that they discontinued the coupon because they were losing money on it and would not honor it for us.

Place a mobile order for curbside pickup and arrive at the designated time for the pickup. Confirm that I've arrived on the app and the email and the text message and every way possible only to wait 35 minutes parked at the curbside pickup to receive nothing while watching tens of customers go through drive-through and come in and out of the store. After finally going through drive-thru and getting my food I get a messed up, cold order. My food was ready and prepared to be handed to me meaning there was no reason it could have not been ran out people just didn't want to do their jobs. Two times I visited this location and each time it's been a different issue I don't plan on going back. I don't recommend you take your chances either.

I’m so glad I found this place. Happy accident due to traffic. The food is awesome and the place is very clean and well kept. I think that’s because of this fantastic fella named Nathan. Him going around checking on everyone and really making everyone fell welcome. He told me he’s been there 10 years already. Great job team.

Stopped in here because we wanted a good burger that didn't require us to go in and set down. Culver's has always been a good spot just for that. But tonight they let me down. Ordered a single and a double butter burger with bacon on both. They didn't ring the double up with bacon at all which in hindsight was a good thing but they did on the single and forgot to put it in the burger. Rule #1 don't forget to add bacon when the wife wants bacon. Other than that the food was good but because me and the wife got no bacon you have to suffer the consequences of such a travesty!
