Every time this one girl takes my order she doesn't understand at all what im saying and gets my order wrong everything even when ive repeated myself so many time. She's incredibly rude aswell:(

Requested nuts on my strawberry Sunday and the cashier said no…I was confused and she was rude. I don’t recommend paying your money for rude customer service.

I got what I ordered, and my lady ate all of hers. In some cases, she never finishes her food. Was quick. Of course it's going to cost more than your home town because it's in Branson. But that's expected.

Ordered a cherry slushie through drive thru and it was straight liquid, VERY little ice. I asked for a refund and she looked confused. Explained why we didn't want the slushie and that we wanted a refund, she replied "I try." So she came back with another slushie that was white ice with some red syrup poured on top. The cup was very full so if I were to remove the lid to stir it, the drink containing red syrup would go everywhere. So I said we wanted a refund not another drink so she gave me a different shaped lid. So we spent 3.50 on a drink that my son didn't drink and that was again straight liquid in a minute. Went to Taco Bell and got a slush that stayed frozen for more than a minute and was more than delicious. Avoid this place!!

we came here to eat and my brother eats everything. he got a double cheeseburger and didn’t even finish it. our town doesn’t have a dairy queen anymore so i was happy to find one finally. my dreams were quickly shattered. i wanted to try the crunching cookie sundae and it was ok. but the food is just awful. the best part of the experience was the drinks. the fries were hard and they hardly gave me any mustard on my burger. another weird thing they just have ketchup packets in a container on the table. i would NOT recommend this establishment as a place to eat. me and my 2 brothers are severely disappointed. we also got one of the new mint oreo blizzards and it was awful i didn’t know it was possibly to mess up a blizzard

Terrible service from young lady at the drive through window. I asked her if they had shrimp and she didn’t know what shrimp was so I ordered chicken and said I wanted a sweet tea with my meal. She told me they don’t make sweet tea. I said “You don’t make sweet tea?” And her response was to remove my drink completely from my meal? So I told her no I do still want a drink I just don’t drink soda. I asked what drinks they gave other than soda and she listed “Sprite and Dr Pepper”. I got frustrated because she wasn’t listening to me and I left. She was rolling her eyes at me and not responding to questions I had about the menu, completely ignoring me.

Always a great treat at Dary Queen! Got free cone after doing a survey online from a previous orders' recipe. Then got the rest of the family ice cream. Clean restaurant with extra friendly staff. I recommend for any ice cream craving!
