SO tired of ordering food a certain way and not getting it that way. They weren't busy, just too busy talking and cutting up.

So my husband and I are trying to diet but Dairy Queen is evil and pops up wherever we seem to be. The mix-mash flavored chocolatey brownie cookie dough (?!?) ice cream freeze thing is AMAZING and with the cheese curds will set your diet back about 2 weeks.....but nobody cares because they're so wonderful. It's probably time to face facts: We'll restart the diets after every visit to DQ. That's truth!

I just got done ordering it was take out (drive through). When I got home, the fries were only half full in the container they came in! When a customer spends $30. For two meals, it should at least be filled!!
When I called and complained, the MANAGER got on the phone, she didn’t even identify herself AS THE MANAGER, I had to ask(????)!! When I aired my complaint, she replies, “okay, anything else”??? WTH??? No comp.! No, sorry sir! NO NOTHING! But, it’s not over, there’s Corporate! Let’s see if her nonchalant attitude goes then!! It’s not just because I received 1/2 of an order of fries, but the customer service, or, lack there of!!!

I took my kids here for lunch and we ordered two $7 meals and a number 9, no cheese, exactly as the receipt states. When I got home, I noticed cheese on my burger. It looked as if the grill team added it, it melted on the hot patties, then they removed it when they realized it was a no-cheese order. It's a good thing I'm not allergic to cheese/dairy; what they did was pure laziness. People want a higher pay yet cant do their job well enough to show me they deserve a higher pay. You can rest assured I"ll be doing the survey and it wont be nice.

Very typical Dairy Queen. First time at a Dairy Queen in years. They have gotten really expensive $2.60 +tax for 1 dilly bar.

We stopped in for dinner tonight. The gentleman at the counter (had tattoos on his hand) was the best service we've had from any DQ! Super friendly and polite! We received our food quickly and it was definitely hot and fresh. We observed the guy at the counter being super helpful to almost every table in the building. He definitely goes above and beyond!

I sit down in a booth while my husband is ordering and hear someone yelling at me that the middle section I was in was closed, there was no way to know that since there was no sign or blocking, so I ask where I’m supposed to sit, she tells me up front. I move, a few minutes later a family of four comes in and sits at the table next to where I was, nothing was said, then they get up and move to the middle section nothing was said to them. The woman then comes over to us and says she has to mop where we were, mind you, the entire back was empty, she hit my 94 year old Mother’s foot with the mop and didn’t say a word and glanced back at her and smiled. The floor was still damp when we got up to leave, my Mother is not steady on her feet and thankfully we got out without falling. I realize we’re in a day and age where customer service has gone out the window but someone needs to teach these workers some manners.

Worst service we have ever had at a dairy queen. I also got a Java icecream from this location, because I get it everything from other locations, and I ended up throwing it away, it was not good

Very expensive and the food did not live up to dairy queen standards I will not be eating there again
