Took forever to get food. Manager was polite and so was waitress just very busy 45 min wait. It took 2 hours for full experience to eat.

Prices are Too High and food portions are to small .

Dirty restrooms and restraint over all didn't seem clean.

Waited over qn hour for our food. Other people left because they had been waiting too long for their food. The food was not good once we received it. Our waitress was extremely nice so that was a plus.

Avoid this place. Our group of 12 was told the kitchen was behind, which we understood. However, service quickly went downhill. Drinks were missing for a child for over 30 minutes, and when it arrived the milkshake was completely melted. Our server admitted she hadn’t fully put our order in and said she wasn’t as fast as other servers. Food came out very late and in stages; one dish was badly burnt. When we raised concerns, the manager defended the poor service by saying our server has cancer and implied we shouldn’t expect good service from her and that it was our fault for having expectations. We were ultimately told our entire group was banned. The only positive was the replacement servers, who were great. Overall, terrible management and an unbelievable response to legitimate concerns. What started as a 40 minute wait for food when we arrived turned into a 2 hour and 20 minute ordeal.

I have to give them great review. We came on Christmas Day, so had to wait an hour to get in since they were short on help. But after being seated, even though we again to get our food., It was worth it. Great food and server did well

Everything is saying should be open 24/7 and get there to find out they closed at midnight.

When you walk in and the hostess tells you that you can be seated but your food will take an hour, that's not very welcoming. And, then she says that they close at midnight and it's 1030. What, if your not done eating you will get thrown out?
No wonder Dennys is closing locations. Since they went franchise they really went downhill.

It was one the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant. It took no less than 30 minutes to get drinks and an hour and a half after ordering-our waitresses told us that the kitchen was just now “working on” our order. When the food finally came out it was cold and burnt. The toast that was ordered came out as white bread instead of wheat-didn’t want to send it back because it would have been another 2 hour wait. Jennifer was horrible as a waitress and didn’t even try to be accommodating.
