I want to mention Marissa.She was excellent customer service oriented! But the food was awful ,tasted weird the gravy was thin No sausage in it there's no sausage patties. Biscuits were good the sausage Link. S tasted weird. Not good portions

We got to the restaurant and I unloaded in my power wheelchair and went in and waited to be served. And we waited some more and more. They lady seen we were there. And said she would be right with us. So We waited and my wife told me she needed to use the restroom. She went and come back thinking they would of seated me but nope. Still not seated. We ended up leaving without service. You would think a major restaurant chain mainly Dennys could be run better. The quality of help just isn't what it used to be .

I arrived @ Dennys in Branson Mo today at 5:27 was seated promptly. I ordered my food arrived quickly and my server ( who was kind and awesome) notified me when he brought my food, it was shift change. I allowed him to cash me out returned to my table ate my breakfast. I requested a refill of coffee and was told by the new server that stared at 6:00 I had cashed out and would have to open a new ticket. I had a $17.00 ticket gave the original server a $12.00 tip and couldn’t get a coffee refill….

I came for breakfast with a large group and we were immediately greeted and sat. Tobi was our server and she was fast and entertaining. All of our food was served fresh and hot. We will absolutely be back to this great establishment.
We got out of a late show and they were the only dinner we found open. My Husband got a slam and the pancakes were not brought with his meal . He finished his meal and when he asked for the pancakes the wattress snaped at him. My chicken tenders tasted like they were over cooked in old grease. I had to scrape the coating off. When the lady wbo was in training asked me how everything was i told her and the wattress snapped at me and i left 2 of the 5 tenders. Wont be going back.
