I wish I could say more nice things. The fridge didn't work. We told front desk, she said she would send someone up. But apparently someone is a ghost, because we never saw them. The bathroom was NOT clean. Hair on the floor, black smudges that I had to wipe up. Then walking down by the pool we discovered a nice "love" note from the maintenance staying he wasn't our parents and won't be picking up cigarette butts, yet there was stuff everywhere left my maintenance in the breezeways. I only have it an extra star after the one because the floor was wood, I couldn't imagine the lack of cleaning if it were carpet.

The good; the beds are comfortable. The pool is great, clean and well kept. The bad; the floors in our roon are wet. By that I mean, they never dry out! We've been here 1 day. If we weren't under contract we'd leave! Breakfast is a joke! Biscuits and gravy. Grave has no sausage in it, just pepper. No protein of any sort, anywhere! Waffle maker doesn't appear to have been cleaned for who knows how long. In the cooler, the milk is stored. Someone, at sometime in the distant past, had spilled milk in the bottom of the cooler. It was never cleaned up. And it goes on from there.... This place requires a through update. It's worn out. I'll attach pics. Even for $69, as listed on TripAdvisor, it's a rip off!

Avoid avoid avoid.. 1st night our room didn't have hot water. Not updated room the shower faucet was falling off the wall. Only Ned's and a TV no fridge no microwave. Moved the next day and the room was better. Our friend was suppose to check in at 3pm...room wasn't ready.. then the lady tells her she was over booked and had to find rooms... the lady ended up kicking her nephew out of a room cause it was his play room so she could use it.. 10pm and she still didn't have room keys, no towels. Room wasn't clean. The facility is poorly managed and the front desk manager lady had excuses for everything. Not one time did she own up to a mess up. Well we went without towels and a nasty room. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy and cereal. Not a buffet style like advertised. I took pictures of everything and plan on contacting management today.

I stayed there for 3 nights, first night was overcharged and even after several attempts to get it corrected nothing was done. We were told the room was remodeled, definitely not!! Very dirty, rust and mold on walls and doorway in the bathroom. Never recommend it.

Apparently closed...phone disconnected. We were very disappointed, had picked out our breakfast & dinner on line...only for it to be closed. ☹️☹️☹️

This is an older mom and pop type hotel. When we tried to check in about noon we were told the room would not be ready until 3pm because they had been sold out the prior night. I understood and said we would come back. When we returned and checked in to our room, we immediately noticed 15-20 flies in the room. Apparently the person cleaning the room left the door open while servicing it. The room was relatively comfortable, but needed updating. The bathtub ran a small stream of hot water constantly, forcing us to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the room from heating up. It was also in need of a thorough cleaning as we noticed a lot of dust on things. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared as though the hotel provided inflatables for kids to use. The free breakfast wasn’t all bad, just typical fast heat items on a mini buffet. Apparently this is the place to stay if you like to use cannabis. There absolutely no need for discretion when using as management says nothing about using it anywhere, inside or out, including a nonsmoking room. All in all our stay wasn’t terrible but I doubt we stay here again. We did notice that the hotel appears to have no vacancy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. That’s always the two most important things to me. The breakfast was very good also, they had biscuits n gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, juices, donuts etc. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Decent hotel. You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean. The beds were decent. The complimentary breakfast far exceed what we expected! The pool was nice and clean and we enjoyed it on a hot summer day. Location was excellent. Would stay again.

If anyone ever goes to Branson, the best hotel is the Dockers Inn. The manager Vanessa is so accommodating. The breakfast had a variety and was tasty. The hotel had a free dinner of hot dogs and burgers which we didn't partake in because we were running around. They also bought 500.00 worth of fireworks. I love this place. July 4th, 2021.

I booked a non-smoking room here and, after going up three flights of stairs with luggage and my pet, arrived at a room that smelled strongly of smoke. Went all the way back down to the front desk and was offered another room... on the third floor but at the opposite end of the hall. Walked up three flights of stairs again (keep in mind that it was 9000 degrees with 678% humidity), opened door, and the temperature was similar to outside! I adjusted the thermostats (while taking a video of it) but it remained a dull whir... no difference at all between the "low" setting and the "high" setting. Walked all the way back down to the front desk... past the smoke filled rooms and buckets of cigarette butts placed all around the hallways and showed the front desk attendant the video . She called maintenance who said he wasn't coming. She looked flustered so I asked to speak to the manager. He knew who I was because I asked him about the pet policy when I first arrived. The woman at the front desk, who was nice and tried her best to help, knocked on the managers door (that was 4 feet from the front desk). Instead of coming out to attend to the matter, he asked her to enter the office then closed the door. At this point it was 9pm and I was EXHAUSTED and sweating buckets. After 10 minutes I finally said forget it, left the room keys and went to collect my stuff. Oops... needed the room key so I walked all the way back down to the front desk and was told, "Oh, I was looking for you. My manager says it will be like 20 minutes or so before the repair guy comes. "What?!?! Nope. Not today I said and I left. Big mistake because the booking company just contacted me and said that Dockers is not taking their calls. The booking company gave me a $25 credit but no, I want a FULL refund from Dockers Inn. Terrible terrible customer service.

This is a budget and pet friendly hotel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for our four legged friends. The bed is comfortable, there is a hot and cold breakfast provided every morning, the room is an adequate size and comes with a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker (items that some of the larger hotel chains have removed from the rooms). It is convenient to all the attractions. Oh and we got free ice cream at check-in!
