Went there because of all the reviews and options that it showed. When we got there there were absolutely no pastries. She said they only had what was on the board. They only offered vanilla, chocolate and twist ice cream. So I ordered a hot fudge Sunday with caramel. She said no hot fudge only whats on the board. Well I didnt look for hot fudge because what ice cream shop doesnt have hot fudge? So I opted out. My husband got chocolate ice cream with butterfinger. The butterfinger was stale and ice cream was almost guaranteed to be the powder that you mix with water. It tasted like chocolate dirt amd water frozen. It wasn't thick and creamy. It was nasty. The lady was nice and gave our pup a pup cup. We ended up throwing away an almost $7 cup of ice cream and going to Andy's.

They call it soft serve - it’s ice milk - save your money and go somewhere else

RUDE! Don’t bother. They don’t want your service and they don’t deserve it. We showed up at 10 pm and the website and sign on the window says they closed at 11 pm. As we walked up another customer outside eating their ice cream said they were closed however they were taking someone else’s order. Our group, including 5 children who really wanted ice cream, headed back to the car. I asked the girl working at the window if they were in fact closed and she said that she would serve us so I went and got all 5 kids and the rest of the group back out of the car only to be screamed at by another worker that they were closed and then slammed the window shut. This woman was extremely unprofessional and rude and had no respect or reason as to why they were even suddenly closed. The first kind worker that originally said she would serve us was behind the window trying to apologize to us. I only hope that she decides to go find employment elsewhere that treats people better. This was a horrible experience!

We stop here when we stay in Branson. Delicious Ice Cream, friendly and helpful folks. My husband wanted ice cream and I wanted coffee. The young lady was quick to mention she could make that happen. The espresso shake was top notch. Highly recommend.

Don't know about the food and service.Because Google says they were open and I walked down there and they were close.waste of a trip and my time...

Love this little spot.. Was looking for a lactose and gluten free situation and had an incredible hot fudge brownie sundae 😋 . It was a TASTY treat. Special thank you to Angie good job ... Thanks .

This was a quick walk from our hotel. Service and food was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice. A perfect way to end a fun day in Branson.

Place is never open! We stayed at the hotel next to it for 5 days and we saw it open one time ?

A cute little walk up joint next to our hotel- perfect for a nighttime snack after swimming. Ice cream was tasty. Service was great. Wish there were more ice cream flavors but that doesn’t take from the flavor and service.
