The only thing I can have at Dunkin' is the iced coffee. This is a Dunkin' x Baskin Robbins ice cream shop.
We came here daily while in Branson for iced coffee thanks to some app deal my husband had. They have a drive-thru but it was never busy and they do mobile ordering so we could quickly pre-order it and pick it up inside.
There is a big donut sculpture outside which is why my husband always picked this location to stop at.

Went to try Dunkin for the first time and I was a complete fail. Was super excited asked for a drink said they didn’t have it. Asked for a different drink they said they didn’t have it either. These were all drinks on the menu. I asked what they had and didn’t have hardly anything. Service was okay just completely ehh. I won’t be back. Was my first experience and they ruined it.

Sunday morning and no doughnuts ..so we had a meh breakfast sandwich
This is the slowest and worst service of any Dunkin I have ever been to. I always get a super simple order of coffee, bagel, cream cheese. And yet it takes 20 minutes and it is almost always wrong. How can this be so difficult???? Additionally it is terrible traffic on hwy 76 so getting in and out is problematic. I wished this location would move closer to the main highway and they would hire competent employees.

We drove 20 minutes, to get to your location before it closed at 9pm tonight. Very frustrated to find it was closed at 8:45pm. This is not the first time this has happened in the passed couple of months.

I can't say I've ever had a decent experience at this Dunkin' location. It seems like every time I visit, there's something wrong with my order. Either I'm missing something from my food (cheese or not being toasted) or they're out of the item I order (through mobile app.) I really wish this location was better, I just don't see myself coming back after having numerous bad experiences.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a Dunkins. They charged me for a drink after scanning my app and taking points out for a reward drink. I pointed it out them and the only response was that they have nothing to do with the app, no apologies, no offer the help, not anything. I contacted customer service thru the app, and they resolved the problem, but the actions of the staff at this location demonstrated a complete lack of respect for their customers. I won't be back...
