As a Branson local I fully understand owners and operators are running skeleton crews . If someone calls out it becomes a nightmare for the staff. I visited the store and chose to wait in line for 25 minutes before my order was placed. With only 2 cars in front of me. . Once someone would get the to the order screen they would put them on an additional hold claiming their lobby was full and they are short staffed. I placed a very simple order, sat at the window for an additional 15 minutes. When I received my hot coffee it was warm at best. My sandwiches were wrong . They young lady told me they didn't have a manager on duty. That was very obvious. I won't be back. The staff had no direction . They were set up for failure overwhelmed and under a lot of pressure. I do not blame the staff. I saw multiple cars drive away and all the business you lost because you chose not to staff your store properly. Your employees went above and beyond for you . The only repayment they will see is a reduction of hours because you have a poor business model and lost money .

My boyfriend and his mother went to Dunkin and got drinks he got the ice coffee with 3 shots of vanilla and 3 shots of camel and I don't think they were deprived about it so I totally recommend it I always love getting drunk and it makes me happy that my partner and his mother got it

Unfortunately I have to give this Dunkin’ a one star review due to not actually getting most of our order. We ordered two coffees, two donuts and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. There was no one in the shop but it appears the drive thru was fairly busy with one guy working the counter, one working the window and another warming up sandwiches. We received our coffees fairly quickly and were then completely ignored the rest of the time we were there. Other customers started to come in and while I waited at the pickup window not once was I spoken to or asked what I needed. There was a bag that had been set in the window that said sausage croissant but when I opened it there was a bacon egg and cheese bagel in it. I continued to wait and continued to be ignored as another employee arrived and immediately started working the window. Customer service training is a MUST for this location immediately. We left without our food and won’t be back.

Ordered a simple cup of coffee in the drive-thru. Sat at the windows forever looking at it on the counter while employees ignored everyone waiting for service, including us. Left after waiting forever with no coffee. Fire these employees, a woman and young guy 7:10pm August 31st.
