Congratulations on your overwhelming success. You’re so busy that you turned away a dozen paying customers on Saturday, and didn’t even have the compassion to be nice about it. “Ain’t gonna happen”, said the lady. The sign says “Call ahead to save time”, not “Call ahead to avoid being treated like second class citizens”. East coast subs sure brought some of that east coast charm with them. Sure glad that your business is flourishing so well that you feel comfortable talking to customers like that.
Best sandwiches around!
Leave your attitude in your hometown, this ain’t subway. Great people, amazing food.
CALL IN YOUR ORDER!!!
If you see anyone complain about this place it’s because they thought this place owed them a sandwich, which they don’t. . You’re lucky to get one and places like this are rare these days. They run out daily. There is only enough sandwiches for good considerate people. Everyone else needs to go somewhere else.

Heard raves about East Coast Subs. My girls and I were looking forward to trying it but as soon as we got there the Lady at the counter said "ain't gonna happen". she was very rude to both of my teenage daughters. said she had 25 orders to do in front of us from call in orders. Sorry but catering to calls before the people that are at your restaurant is bogus! 25 subs to make too? shouldn't take that long. then she proceeded to repeat herself 3 or 4 times. We will not be recommending east coast subs. Didnt get to try it but as rude as the staff was, probably don't want to try it anyway. Hopefully the rest of Branson is a little more courteous than east coast subs.
Quick, tasty, juicy subs. Friendly staff & clean space ?

First off, awful hours. They're only open like five to five and a half hours in the middle of the day, and twice when I showed up they closed early. And since they're out of the way, you are wasting extra time if you get there and they're already closed.
Secondly, the place smells really weird. Like, pet smell. Like maybe the previous owners of the property had a lot of cats and dogs or something, definitely off-putting, especially if you're about to eat there.
And finally, the food really isn't that worth it. It's slightly cheaper than subway, and about the same quality. There are much better sandwich shops in town.
This was our first visit and after lunch today it will not be our last! Tried the Baked Italian and it was delicious. Highly recommend coming here for a sandwich!

I ordered the Hog Boss and asked for it to be cold without American and it came exactly as I asked. What intrigued me about this place was all the meat I see in these pictures! They did not hold back on my sub. The homemade bread is so delicious. I am so happy I picked this place on my drive! Happy pregnant lady must mean it's good food!

This place must have the best food around because I know they aren't staying in business for their customer service. My sisters are in town from CA and MA. Unfortunately, their visit is so we can go through and clean up our mothers house whom passed away unexpectedly in December. We decided to take a break and go here for lunch as they had been looking forward to it since getting into town. I have never been here but always like supporting small businesses. When we got there we waited on the patio as we had their fiancés joining us whom were 2 minutes away. Someone from inside came out and rudely said "you know you have to go inside to order". We explained we were still waiting on two people to order. She then huffed and said well your party is too big and it will be about a 35 minute wait and that they are a local business and are too busy over the lunch time. While I had seen the sign stating if it was a large party wait times could be up to 45 minutes but I didn't expect our party of 5 to be considered LARGE. They also had no idea what we were even going to be ordering as some of were going to be sharing a sub due to an early dinner reservation. I was shocked at how we were treated and told them we would just take our business somewhere else. While I do understand being short staffed/local business there's still a better way to approach your customers. I also would make a suggestion to have a website or a better social media presences that post warnings that wait times could be long and to call ahead. By the time you've driven all the way out of town just to get to this place to be then told this or see the sign isn't conducive. Maybe someday I'll give this place another try, also no need to reply to this review. I have seen the reply's to bad reviews and they lack empathy.

Went for a quick lunch and was greeted by such a nice couple. They explained the menu to me and explained it would be about 6 minutes for what I ordered. The Cost was less than $10 for an 8 inch and Chips. Great Price! A Baked Italian Sub. The Meat on the sandwich was fresh and had great flavor. The Tomato’s were tasty, but what brought it all together was the made fromScratch bread. It was Crisp outer shell but a soft pillowy inside. Usually bread can be bland and boring but the bread had a tasty lightly buttered taste. The Couple who run it are kind and have a lot of history in the area being in business for more than 15 Years. Defiantly will be back.

First time stopping in and I'm so bummed I didn't stop by sooner! Love the little place and the owners are great. The food was phenomenal and pricing was on par with subway. Buy local! Will be coming back. I'll be buying for my customers and drivers for sure.
