Wish I knew the “seasoned to perfection” steak was cooked on a flat grill. I put salt on it for flavor. Y’all, this is not a good place to eat

The food was horrible and under cooked. It took them 3 times to get my food right. It was simple, no brown gravy and no onions on my order. They couldn't even get a Hamburger steak well done. Only thing that was really good was the rolls. It took 30-40 mins or longer just to bring me my sweet potato. If you love rolls then this is the place for you. Drive another 2 miles for food on the strip at Branson.

WTF? This was on one of the shirts. What the fish? No... WTF!!! $100 tab for under and over-cooked fish on the same plate, over-cooked ribeye steak for our girls (more fat than meat and about the thickness of a Tom's sandal sole), loaded fries missing everything but potatoes and cheese, and three families walked out completely before we even had a chance to talk to the manager. WTF is right!!!

Steak over cooked, fish under cooked, brought cheese fries without bacon bits and ranch which was supposed to be included, tried to charge for free appetizer. Overall bad experience- 3 tables next to us left without paying. Felt so bad for the waitress, she was trying to take care of everyone and felt like it was her fault. We went for lunch and they didn’t even throw rolls until we asked.

This is a cool place, the food was not as good, but it was served fast. The best part is when fresh baked rolls come out, the baker starts tossing them at the guests who want them, and let me tell you, his accuracy is spot on and the rolls were really good.

The absolute worst service experience I have ever had the staff at Dick’s last resort are more polite and 5 year old could wait tables better… 30 minute wait for a beer and soft drinks after placing the order for them then half table got their food 30 minutes before the rest of the table this place just needs to be shut down and get an owner that is involved at all or if these owners are they need to re-learn how to run a restaurant because this place is a 0 out 10 would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

Very friendly and competent wait staff. Ribeye was cooked perfectly. Catfish filets were some of the best we've had!

My 1st experience at this place, my parents eat here every time they are in the area. They said the last time was not good, but they wanted to give it another try as they received a gift certificate.
Unfortunately, with using the GS, my son and my dad (who served 42 years in the army) were not able to use their military discount on their meal. Then, at check out, they charge a $5 fee to use the GC and $5 fee to use a debit card.
Kids' meals are way overpriced. My 7 year old ordered mac and cheese, and it was a small side portion with a few fries for $9.
Everyone was bumbed they could not get rolls as the prep cook had not gotten them done before opening at 11 am.
The waitress sure had a sunny disposition... but I'm not sure if she left it at home. She was very rude. Any questions we asked she huffed at us like we were inconvenient her. She never came back to check on drinks. I had to bring my cup of empty coffee up to the counter to ask for more. When we did need something and flaged her down, she said, "I have to take care of my other table first," and walked away from us after she huffed and rolled her eyes.
Waitress never asked if we wanted anything else before shoving the ticket in my mom's face. The kids wanted desert, but we knew she would never be back to ask or it would be a whole ordeal, so I told them, "Let's just go." We sat and waited to pay she again never returned, so my dad took it to the gift shop to pay. As our party of 8 started to move about and I sat their and contemplated just to get the to go boxes myself. She ran over and was like, "You have to pay table side." I said well he went to the gift shop and I'm waiting on boxes. She threw me boxes and ran to the gift shop.
So I'd say the likelihood of us eating here ever again is very slim. My dad said they changed ownership, and I guess this is what you get now. Pretty sad!

Don't get the catfish sandwich. Order the fish bites. It's one of the appetizers. It has more meat and less breading than the sandwich. Very greasy.

Service was awful took over 15 minutes to get our food order before getting drink orders, had to flag down waiter to get drink order and was out of ice. Food arrived before drinks and no silverware was supplied had to go downstairs and get our own silverware. Waiter did not check on our table one time while we were eating. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD would never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

It must have been an off night. We literally asked for 6 different things, and they were out. The last thing I asked for was steak sauce for my steak at a steak house. The service was very poor. My steak was bland and cold before the waiter came back for me to ask for the steak sauce. The table next to us did not get their appetizer before their dinner, so they cancled it. On the bright side, my husband said his fish was tasty. We got plenty to eat.

Tourists trap. Dirty, not well managed. Out of most draft beer, out of Mac and cheese at 6pm on a Saturday night. Salad bar was not worth $5.99. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the wait. One and done for us.

Very cool family place with amazing food! If you like flavor, the Cajun seasoning is a MUST! Rolls were delicious and the steak fries are similar to Red Robin with tall cold beers and good prices.

We took a party of 14 to this restaurant. We made a reservation early that morning for 6:30 p.m. We arrived at 6:25 and it was called aloud for all with reservations to come to the front. We went to the front and told them the name and reservation number. After they let 25-30 other people in the waiting area be seated, we still were not seated and left at 7:20. Will NEVER go back. Asked to speak with a manager and was told she wasn’t available. This establishment and its management have no concern for customers or how this business is ran. This is coming from someone who has worked in the food and service industry for years.

The employees were friendly and happy but the food was not good. The rolls were the best food there..prices are on the higher side and no frills eating area. Not good food at all.
