Despite our food being forgotten at the end of the night and having to wait quite a while to eat, we walked out with huge smiles. Anotonio and Curry made our experience completely delightful! When you have good waiters, even when there is a problem, it makes all the difference. To those waiters—keep making a great experience for your customers who are likely on a vacation. We won’t forget you! To the management- give those guys a raise!! Highly recommend this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yeah I’ve always loved Florentina’s. I look foward to it every time I go on vacation to Branson. However last month we went right after they opened. Our server chased us out the door and flagged us down while I was driving away. Thought maybe I forgot something. Nope..the server asked me if I could leave him a tip. I called my buddy and he drove back to the restaurant and paid the guy a tip since he was complaining. Yeah not sure we will be going back.

Went there for the first time said it had good reviews but the food was excellent my bf got the chicken parm it was so tender he could cut it with a fork. I got a pizza I don’t usually like thin crust but it was amazing our server was really nice and welcoming all around great experience 🥰

Well came in with my wife to eat while in Branson as I walked through the door around 7:40pm when it closes at 8:30pm gentleman rushed us back out saying they where closed several of us and other parties where all told about a story of a busy day yesterday not sure if that really should matter to the consumer but will not consider coming back to here again

We had Sheena today and she was absolutely fabulous. Some of the best service i’ve ever had. The food was amazing, drinks were amazing. She had our drinks filled and checked in at all the perfect times. She deserves the world, AMAZING.

The portions were large. The food was very tasty. The server Anna did and excellent job. I would recommend anybody to eat there.

The best service we had in Branson ! By Christopher we came in on a very busy Saturday. Christopher was Patient, polite and very professional he took our order my order came out with some discrepancies ,immediately Christopher noticed and fix the issue without me having to say anything at all he was on top of everything from the time we came in to the time we left!!!

Crazy that yall Close so early I seen plenty of cars drive in while we got there and leave for the same reason loosing so much business for that
