Florentina's Ristorante Italiano

My wife and I spent our 51st anniversary dinner with this wonderful restaurant. The food is amazing, the staff are wonderful, and the ambience is as good as it gets. We are the honor of meeting Jamie, the GM, and our waiter, Skip, made everything extra special for us. Four of us dined there. There was a good variety on the menu. We each ordered something different, and everyone raved about their food. There was plenty to take home. Our server was the best!!! She greeted us warmly, took our orders well, and checked on us frequently. Her smile lit up the room. We will be back!

Jeronica was FANTASTIC! One of the best servers we have had in a LONG time. Food was delicious highly recommend the Trio or the seafood ravioli. Will be back.

The service was fantastic. The osso bucca was melt in my mouth! The atmosphere was very family friendly!

Great Italian dining. We had seafood ravioli and the seafood linguini which were great and the seafood was fresh. Our son has celiac and they fixed him gluten free pasta and flatbread. Christopher, our waiter went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend.

Great food and service

Waitress was Great... The before dinner Loaf of Bread with Olive Dipping Oil was Good,,, but our 4 dinners were the Pits !!! And the booth across from us,,, a couple,,, had the most horrible looking Oven Baked smashed crest Pizza... We will not go there again !!!

Terrible service and management! The manager asked us to wait 10 minutes bc they only have TWO servers for lunch and couldn’t seat us. After 15 minutes of waiting she, she came back and said she didn’t know how long we would have to wait now. The restaurant was almost empty too!!! Very unprofessional and rude! Wouldn’t recommend… several people walked out while we were waiting! Save your time and money!!!

This place is a joke especially the GM terrible experience trust me not worth the visit. You can absolutely tell they careless about service. I understand why there understaffed because the Manager is A Joke. Defiantly not qualified and should find something else to do with there time

Waited 15 minutes just to be told they didn’t have the staff to serve us. Complete waste of time. Management clearly doesn’t have it together. When you walked you can feel the GM has bad energy. Ladie puts off bad vibes

The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. our waiter Antonio made us laugh and was very attentive to what we needed. Great place to go. Will probably go back during our short stay in Branson.

Fantastic food (came out very quickly!) and terrific service!

Despite our food being forgotten at the end of the night and having to wait quite a while to eat, we walked out with huge smiles. Anotonio and Curry made our experience completely delightful! When you have good waiters, even when there is a problem, it makes all the difference. To those waiters—keep making a great experience for your customers who are likely on a vacation. We won’t forget you! To the management- give those guys a raise!! Highly recommend this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yeah I’ve always loved Florentina’s. I look foward to it every time I go on vacation to Branson. However last month we went right after they opened. Our server chased us out the door and flagged us down while I was driving away. Thought maybe I forgot something. Nope..the server asked me if I could leave him a tip. I called my buddy and he drove back to the restaurant and paid the guy a tip since he was complaining. Yeah not sure we will be going back.
