Chris was so patient and kind with our large takeout order even as he juggled multiple customers. I felt welcomed, and what’s more: valued.Hands down, best lasagna we’ve ever had— the children agree! Add to that their tiramisu and wow what a flavorful experience!Highly recommended. We will come back!

Went for a lunch with my husband and 2 kids. The bathrooms were disgusting and were not cleaned from the previous nights as we came at 1130. The server was fine. The food was fine. It was fairly slow and we accidentally left our leftovers for less than 15 minutes and came back and the table was not cleared but our basically full meals were gone. We cleaned up after ourselves and tipped well. The attitude after and just the sorry we threw it away was unacceptable. I would understand if the table was cleared but the fact our food was the only thing gone is crazy. Won't be returning. I hope the staff enjoyed our food.

Food was rather pricey for the quality ($19+ a person), salmon & grilled chicken were very very dry. Discovered they were out of multiple menu items including some sides for dishes, out of spumoni ice cream. Waiter was rather fast paced, spilling & almost spilling several liquids as they were being served. The GM and wait staff were at the bar talking down on other employees & quests they had served, throughout our entire meal, making for a very awkward situation as we could hear it all and it was very unprofessional. We were disappointed that this was our experience as we were excited to try it after reading some good reviews (and some mixed reviews).

The cook was on some kind of drugs, it was a very unpleasant experience. And the rest of the workers seen to think it was funny including the general manager who I tried to talk to. We ended up paying for the meal and just leaving.

We had seen the 4.4 ratings and some of the reviews so thought we would try it. What a disaster the food was, I got the manicotti, no sauce..literally a blob of soft cheese and couldn't find the pasta in it. I had to order a separate side of sausage that was so spicy my tongue burned for half an hour. My husband got the arrabica pasta and said it was too spicy hot to enjoy. Waitress was very pleasant though. Would not recommend unfortunately. We had higher expectations.

It wasn't quite as cozy of a restaurant as I thought it would be. The seating was really uncomfortable. The food came out quick And the server made sure we had everything we needed. There wasn't anything that stood out and made the restaurant unique. Which is something I always look for. But all in all it was a decent experience.
