Kid-friendliness: The lady who rang us up was very sweet. We didn't catch her name, but she had an accent. We love the arcade! But just be aware that some games don't always give the credits for the games but will take your credits, and you don't get them back or refunded.

we paid for 3 buffets upon entering on 7/24/2022. the salad bar was nasty dirty. as we walked, we noticed the floors were very sticky like they haven't been mopped. one fountain had an out of order sign so was only one fountain usable. however, Dr pepper was out. when I went to inform an employee, they admitted that Dr pepper & coke were out, yet there weren't any signs indicating they were out, nor did an employee post a sign after I mentioned it. I had to let other customers know the Dr pepper & coke were out. we did not see any employees cleaning until closing time. overall just a bad experience. I have tried calling & no one seems to answer the phone. I just want a refund.
