Got my order wrong in the drive thru. I came inside and kindly told them they had forgotten a meal. Then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and it was in fact in the bag. Of course I show my bag to prove, things are missing. After a few huffs and puffs, I received the missing items.

Travis was very good! He made sure that the tables were wiped down, the orders were coming out in a timely manner! They got slammed after the Jr HS got done with their christmas concert and he did an admiral job! Kudos to Travis!

So many things went wrong. $12 for a single hamburger and a large onion ring. I asked for no onion and got onion but nothing else so the sandwich was dry. It was also cold and I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 5 to 10 minutes. I asked for ketchup for my onion rings and they didn't provide me any ketchup but instead gave me three packets of fry sauce. The onion rings were all clumped together. I will not be returning. To say everything was gross is an understatement.

I stopped here recently to get a burger through the Drive-thru. The water tots were over cooked. The drink was flat. And the burger was super thin, like a smash burger, but the bun was HUGE. All I could taste was bread and condiments. The only plus was the servers in the drive-thru were friendly and pleasant. I can't say anything about the inside, because I didn't go in. I've never eaten at a Friendlies before, and I probably won't ever again.

Went there and ordered some bacon cheese burgers no bun, got back to our place and realized they didn't give us bacon, called them up and the manager was super helpful, apologized and even gave us coupons for 2 free meals to make up for it. A+++ TO TRAVIS

A employee named Kingsley he was cussing at me and my friend the whole order. I understand we’re similar ages but it was super unprofessional, and then he proceeded to put a veggie burger in a bag or some sort of glove and assault me and my friend by throwing it at my table. I was super unimpressed with the service. It was on November 22nd later in the day.

I love eating here! The burgers are good, the ice cream is great, and the style of the place is sort of retro and I love that. Sometimes they can be a little slow, but the wait is totally worth it. I never grew up on Freddy's, but since I've had it, it's one of my go-to burger places. I highly recommend their Jalapeno Steak Burger and cheese curds!

Honestly?, If I had the choice to give zero stars I would Because the dinning area was Disgusting! Everywhere I look there was at least 1 French fry or 2 on the floor almost every table WASN'T clean even the one my dad and I sat at. I expected more from the team. Napkin dispenser was empty I was able to inform a worker about it but that was all.
