Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Don’t expect what you actually ordered. I called to get my order fixed and I was hung up on three times. Called corporate and had to leave a voicemail. So nobody’s going to hear it. Go in person if you expect to receive what you ordered

Super good burgers. Amazing fries!

Great burger but they are not big enough for me. My Turtle sundae was just ok. There was hardly any pecans on it.

The bread saturated with grease, the ice tea had no ice in it. Waste of my money. I'm local and every spring youall turn to crap.

Gave us cheese fries instead of chilli cheese fries cause they ran out of chilli and they didn't give us a discount or anything rude employees in the drive thru

Got my order wrong in the drive thru. I came inside and kindly told them they had forgotten a meal. Then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and it was in fact in the bag. Of course I show my bag to prove, things are missing. After a few huffs and puffs, I received the missing items.

Travis was very good! He made sure that the tables were wiped down, the orders were coming out in a timely manner! They got slammed after the Jr HS got done with their christmas concert and he did an admiral job! Kudos to Travis!

So many things went wrong. $12 for a single hamburger and a large onion ring. I asked for no onion and got onion but nothing else so the sandwich was dry. It was also cold and I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 5 to 10 minutes. I asked for ketchup for my onion rings and they didn't provide me any ketchup but instead gave me three packets of fry sauce. The onion rings were all clumped together. I will not be returning. To say everything was gross is an understatement.

I stopped here recently to get a burger through the Drive-thru. The water tots were over cooked. The drink was flat. And the burger was super thin, like a smash burger, but the bun was HUGE. All I could taste was bread and condiments. The only plus was the servers in the drive-thru were friendly and pleasant. I can't say anything about the inside, because I didn't go in. I've never eaten at a Friendlies before, and I probably won't ever again.
