Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Took 2 minutes to fill my order ! How can you cook 2 burgers and tater tots in a 2 minute time frame ? I ordered onion rings but my order came out with fries ! All the food was cold, like it had been sitting around for hours.I would like my $21.00 back and will never return to the store again. If anyone asks you will be on the bottom of my list.

Years ago this was the first Freddie's I had ever been to, now I will never go back to this one. I ordered 2 hot dogs and one was cold, not cooked.

all I have to say is TRAVIS. He was so attending and even with a slight inconvenience from another worker he stepped in and made sure I left happy. I dont think we was gonna let me leave until I was. Haha. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! you guys are lucky to have him.

Shout out to Lauren at the drive through window for her friendly face and attention to detail! She noticed the stickiness and thoroughly cleaned the exterior of the cup containing my shake, without being asked. While this may seem like small things to many, a smile, accompanied by a job well done, is becoming harder to come by every single day. Sticky cups are a pet peeve of mine also. Thank you, Lauren! Give that girl a raise!!

Don’t expect what you actually ordered. I called to get my order fixed and I was hung up on three times. Called corporate and had to leave a voicemail. So nobody’s going to hear it. Go in person if you expect to receive what you ordered

Great burger but they are not big enough for me. My Turtle sundae was just ok. There was hardly any pecans on it.

The bread saturated with grease, the ice tea had no ice in it. Waste of my money. I'm local and every spring youall turn to crap.
