We were on our way to a different restaurant when I spotted fuddruckers. I told my kids hey we should eat here these were good when I was a kid. So we stopped in and had a terrible meal.
I will say that the kids chicken strips were actually amazing! However the the three hamburgers were terrible. The three cheese hamburger my son ordered didn’t even have melted cheese on it. The mushroom Swiss burger I ordered was terrible too. The mushrooms were wet and slimy and put a large puddle in my basket and made the bun soggy. Overall the three burgers did not get eaten.

Burgers are good but the toppings bar which had always been wonderful in the past was needing refilled pretty badly. Service was ok.

Food was slow and their (green bar) was empty by the time we received our food. My son got his shake after he was finished eating

Well - we used to love Fudruckers. Our experience yesterday was truly horrible. There was a sign on the front door that said they were hiring, so clearly they were short staffed, but if you are short staffed, at least be kind to your patrons. Everyone we encountered that worked there was so rude! When the food finally came after almost an hour, the burgers were nearly burnt. The buns were significantly undercooked, the fries were soggy, and there were so many condiments missing from the bar area. My kids chicken tenders were cold, and they were almost in edible. It was a terrible experience and we are so saddened by that. And of course, we saw several of the employees just sitting in the managers office on their phones. If you are shortstaffed, can you at least make an effort to look busy?

Stopped by Fuddruckers very excited from my youthful nostalgia. Was greeted with quite a line.
The gruff, terse service at the counter was quite unpleasant. Felt like she was underpaid or not managed/trained.
After getting to the table there was a notable delay. Guessing 15-20 for the burger to arrive. Honestly, could have been much longer.
Upon arrival, it was surprisingly small and dry. Bun was dry, not soft as I remembered. Place was loud and aggressive to navigate.
I guess, leave the past in the past. One redeeming quality was the shake.

We live in Branson and Fuddruckers is one of our favorite burger places! High quality meat, amazing bread and yummy fries. To top it all off, they serve Blue Bell milkshakes!
Outrageous prices and poor service, really poor food for the price point.
Worst chocolate shake ever had.

The food is always fresh and flavorful. The wedges are seasoned well. Onion rings were great! One of out favorite stops in Branson!

We went here for dinner, and it was absolutely the most expensive disgusting food we’ve ever had!!!
The fish and chips dinner tasted like it had been run through a water hose and deep fried. The Swiss patty melt had zero flavor, but pounds of grease. Save yourself the money and don’t bother!
