Very quiet/comfortable little restaurant. The food was great and portions were generous. The ladies that work there are very pleasant gals. Would definitely swing in again for a meal.

We had a regular breakfast of eggs, meat, toast, etc. The food was so good and made me think of my grandma. The gravy was FANTASTIC. It was a short wait but, totally worth it. We can't wait to try the pancakes.

The restaurant itself is old and outdated. Staff was not rude but forget about getting service is your under 50 years old. Myself, wife, and two kids arrived pretty early to the restaurant. We were promptly seated and the waiter took our drink orders. We received our drinks but still had not been given menus. During this time several other people were seated. The waiter took their orders (at least three other tables) and submitted to the kitchen. The other people in the restaurant starting having their orders delivered to their tables before the waiter realized that she hadn't even given us menus. We looked the menus over and waited another 10 minutes for her to return to our table. By this time I was unhappy as most of the people that were seated after us were now paying their checks and we were still yet to be asked what we wanted to order. A lady come out from the kitchen (can only guess was the owner) and I communicated my frustration with her. She tried to smooth everything over by offering my youngest a cinnamon roll, free of charge. I explained that we weren't looking for a handout but would love it if someone would take our order so we could enjoy our food like everyone else that had came in after us. She took our order and the food was delivered thereafter but we still were not served silverware. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we were finally served our food was 43 minutes.

We been in Branson since Monday. Ate at several different places. They were all expensive and a letdown. We saw this place and was intrigued. Glad we did. The mushroom Swiss burger was phenomenal. The bun was toasted perfectly so the cheese and sauce didn’t make it soggy. The burger was the best I’ve had in a while. The service was outstanding. We were treated like an old friend. Fast service. Clean establishment. Friendly. Hands down the best food we’ve had this trip. We will be back. Can’t say enough about the food. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.Parking: Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

What timeLunch review. We have eaten at several restaurants while staying here in Branson, & by far grandmas café was the best. I had a 1 pound burger that could choke a horse and it was awesome. My wife had the mushroom burger which was perfect. They came with onion rings or french fries and we got both. Clearly the best burger I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time.

Stopped here for breakfast on Veterans Day not realizing they were serving free breakfast to all vets. Only one server as 2 others had called in sick. So, service was slow. Food was really good. Server was very nice. She did the best she could under the circumstances. Hope everyone there tipped her well! A lot of people waiting when we left.

It's not the best place to eat, it takes a while to get your food, but it is totally worth the wait because you get really full, the workers are nice long waits but it's really worth it trust, also the burgers are outstanding!!!!!! Fries so GOOD, so crunchy and good, if you did want to go there it is in Branson Missouri,

When we arrived it seemed like they were understaffed and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They were out of almost everything and the food was only so so.

Like all businesses they were short handed. We didn't mind the wait as we sat and visited other customers that were waiting also. When we got to our table and read the menu my husband noticed they didn't have any blackberry cobbler or pie . LOL He mentioned it to our waitress and ask where grandma was. She said she was in the kitchen cooking. To my embarrassment he ask to speak to her. OMG, Grandma came out to see my husband and when he complained about her not having any blackberry cobbler or pie which his grandmother use to make him when he was young and now he's 82. She told him if he would come back the next day at 11 she would have his blackberry cobbler. So a little nervous the next day not knowing how my husband will react if she doesn't have a blackberry cobbler, Behold...right after he finished eating his breakfast and straight out of the oven came his blackberry cobbler ".What a great restaurant"

We went two days in a row, giving a second chance, while in Branson. Less than desirable. Waitress read order back to us, and was perfect. Someone else brought food and both days was not correct. Ordered hard eggs, came over easy. Ordered well buttered toast, got no butter, ordered cornbeef hash, had a couple pieces in the hashbrowns, asked for well done crispy bacon, got barely cooked bacon. Did not get asked if we wanted more coffee, so 1 cup for $2.50. First day got one cup of coffee for one of us, as pot was brewing. Then several came in after, and got coffee, and had to ask for mine. Second trip, was offered no refills. First day got water, 2nd day no water offered. No consistancy.

While in Branson we were looking for a place for lunch, we came across this place kinda off the beaten path. We decided to give it a try and boy are we glad we did. Rodeo that's right a girl named Rodeo was our waitress, she was fantastic!! She helped us with our order making suggestions on what was good there and we ordered our food. The service was fast people were great and the food was amazing. Thanks grandma cafe and thanks Rodeo we hope you get your greenhouse someday.

The food was awesome! The service was just as awesome! Our waitress came around enough to see that our needs were met; not too many, and definitely not too few. The serving size is huge! You will NOT leave this place hungry. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I will be returning to this place. The lunch was SO big, I doubt that I will eat supper tonight. I will be coming here again, just not tonight.

My husband and I are from out of town. We are all about supporting local business. This was horrible all the way around. First our waitress was more concerned about cleaning a table then waiting on us. We ordered a mushroom burger and a chicken salad. My burger came out with no mushrooms. Brought out a little dish with 5 mushrooms in it. The lettuce for the salad was hot. It was almost that they made the salad and had it under the heat lamp. When we made the complaint the owner wouldn’t even come talk to us. The waitress just said our meal was paid for.

Phenomenal breakfast and great menu! Cinnamon rolls were great. Ask for Rodeo for your server. Such a great find and hidden gem. This is our new breakfast spot!
