Great American Cookies

Amazing cookies and amazing service. Jennifer was very sweet and kids loved the cookies.

Ordered from this store for my Mother’s birthday for a delayed delivery (about 3 hours later). When the door dasher arrived to pick up the order (3 hours after ordering) I got a notification that my order was canceled. I called the store to inquire why, and was told they didn’t have that option available.

1. I placed this order HOURS ahead of time.
2. The option showed that it was available.
3. It wasted the dasher’s time as he was ALREADY WAITING for the order.
4. They had nothing comparable they could send out quickly.
5. The order was CONFIRMED.

This is beyond unprofessional.

BEWARE – Dishonest and Sneaky Charges! I was shocked to find out they add a hidden “misc” third-party charge of $0.85 and then tax you on top of it! I ended up paying nearly 15% extra just for using my debit card to buy cookies. I had cash ready, but the cashier never mentioned there was a fee. When I asked what it was and how I was supposed to know, I got a blank stare and a shrug — “I just work here.” Then she pointed to a tiny 3x3 note taped near the register, down by the counter, that says they charge $0.85 for card use. Completely unacceptable and deliberately hidden. If you’re going to charge people, post it clearly and honestly — not where no one can see it. Such a cheap, deceptive practice for a company that apparently needs to squeeze customers with hidden fees. I won’t be back, and I’ll be letting others know. Really disappointed.

Just wanted a kids cup with a few toppings put on top since they couldn't mix it being so small, which is fine. Paid 7.00 for maybe a half cup ice cream and a few oreos sprinkled and they wouldn't add a few colored sprinkles. Complete rip off and rude. Won't be back and will spread the word.

I could have gotten a cone the next size up with however many mix ins for a dollar more, but clearly my child could not eat that much! All I was asking for were sprinkles on top!

Jennifer was an exceptional helper!! She was fast & attentive when walking in. She was wonderful. Please visit if you have a chance & ask for her.
