Took my family here on 02/05/26 at 5:30. We started our first plate of food when my son pulled a couple napkins out of the dispenser along a cockroach. My wife discreetly took the napkin her silverware was wrapped in scooped it up. We waited for the the waitress and showed her. She went and showed the manger who at first did not care, eventually listened to the waitress and said we will deduct two meals off your ticket. This was unacceptable. After hearing this and it was very frustrating, I spoke loudly enough for the entering customers and current customers to hear. This is not the way you treat customers. I will check with other restaurant owners and see what I should do so others do not have this experience. We will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone of our experience.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS “RESTURANT”IF YOU EVEN WANT TO CALL IT THAT, I have never received worst customer service in my life I was really really unsatisfied with the food and I told them to look at the plates that me and my friends left mind you they were completely full of food beacuse we didn’t eat it the food was all gooshy and some stuff was hard but I have to say I did not enjoy a single thing that was on that buffet

disgusting, there aren't a lot of options and half the food is American, not Chinese. the flavors are off, stuff is REALLY salty or bland. I literally ended up making a KFC famous bowl out of the stuff on the buffet and it was better than the Chinese food. the bathrooms were disgusting and there was pee on the floors, everything was old dirty and chipped. SKIP THIS PLACE

For a Midwestern Asian restaurant it's ok. I didn't feel like there was enough variety of Asian dishes and no sushi. The egg drop soup was good.
