We went to breakfast here and Rafa was such an AMAZING waiter! He was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was hot when it came out and was fantastic.

Terrible experience, the food was more than other Ihops, no value menu. We waited 15 minutes for a seat in a mostly empty reasturaunt, for just 2 peope. The waitress came by 5 times to say she would take the drink order soon. After 15 more minutes we put in our food and drink orders. 15 more minutes and the food came still no drinks and the orders were wrong. They offered to fix it but we were 45 minutes into the experience at that point and just wanted to eat and go, so we wouldn't be late for our show. We got our drinks halfway through eating. The food was good. But only go after a show, they are super slow and the prices are higher.

The omelette was huge, the tres leches pancakes were fluffy with just enough topping, hasbrowns were cooked as requested, and the coffee was hot and smooth. Our server was quick and efficient, although busy he made you feel like you were the only customer there. Wonderful!

I had ordered some pancakes this morning and ivie took my order, she had it out in 15 mins or less I was very pleased with my strawberry banana pancakes and my wife enjoyed the blueberry pancakes as well I just wanted to take the time to leave 5 star review where ever it’s earned
We went there for the advertised specials. We were told chose to not opt in this season. I know prices everywhere have gone up, but geez. Other than the modified special, I felt it was over priced for what it was. I’ll go somewhere else next time. The food and service was fine. The value was poor.

I will never eat at this ihop ever again. I came in the other night and even with their rediculously high prices for food still ordered. I needed a booth to charge my phone. They had one outlet by the front. Which was cool. The restaurant was basically empty. I paid 20 dollars for a regular burger that really wasnt nothing worth 20 dollars and some extremely over salted fries. The waitress was cool. I tipped her 10 bucks so in all I spent 30 bucks for really a basic meal and oversalted fries i barely wanted to eat but I didn’t complain. About 20 or so minutes after the waitress collected my money. She comes over to my table and was like yeah you’ve been here for quite a while and we’re gonna have to ask you to leave. I was like ok and I grabbed my stuff and left. And I really wasnt like a bum. I was wearing and tie a work collared shirt and some slacks. I did have an army backpack. But to be honest it made me feel kinda messed up about it. I looked around and there wasnt no one in the restaurant really. To kick me out like that after I just ate food and payed and tipped relatively decent is kinda bogus. I will never ever eat here again. And I will be telling everyone how I was treated in your establishment. Just take my money and kick me out for what? Definitely wasnt packed. Lousy experience if you ask me
