Hash browns were undercooked and it took three people to do my payment cuz I was paying with cash and card didn't even give me my change was very displeased with this service would not recommend coming here

I witnessed the craziest thing ever and this lady needs to be fired for it! We were sitting near the table and heard everything! The man didn't like that we all, everyone in there, had to wait at least an hour I'd say to even get a drink let aline his food! He asked for another drink and the waitress was so rude and snapped I made your food for you! Then snatched it up immediately and told the entire group of nice people out! All for him saying she took a long time and needed a refill, wasn't sure when he would see her again. They then played tug of war with this food literally and she yanked it so hard it flew his food all over her! She collared call the cops and it wasn't even his fault! She kicked them all out and caused a big scene over... her really just taking so long and not liking a customer said something about it. Shame on her, we along with everyone seated at our table will never go back, what a disappointment she was. And that little cook man too. He agged it on and tried to fight the guy as he was already gone out the door!

THE WORST MOST OFFENSIVE SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. If we could leave no stars we would! Our friend told the waitress with a huge attitude to get us a refill while she was giving us our food after 1 hour of not refiling drinks or checking on us. He said he didn't know when we would see her again and we were thirsty and frankly irritated we were being ignored when others after we got there had already gotten their food. Others were also waiting an hour + like us. Fast forward, she popped off that he called her out about taking forever and she took it and ran with it she got mad, yelled I cooked that for you! And then picked up our entire groups plates and yelled call the cops! When she picked up the guys plate who made the comment, he tried to take it back (probably should have just dropped it and let her be rude and ridiculous) but she YANKED IT BACK and the plate of food then fell all over her and she had gravy in places she never wanted. Making a bigger seen, this cook with little man's disease agged it on even further, following us out the door and threatening to fight the guy. We were leaving and doing as the crazy lady asked, and he had to take it a step further. At least we got 1 glass of free chocolate milk out of the whole deal.

Bummer!! We stopped here to order our usual. The prices are WAY HIGHER than usual at other less “touristy “ locales!!!!! We just couldn’t spend a dollar knowing they are taking advantage of being in Branson!!!!! It’s the principle!!!!! So we didn’t give our hard earned $$ to this establishment knowing they are only doing this to make more from honest earning customers. Nope.

Nice location, great service. Had a chicken biscuit for the first time, for breakfast, and it fell apart pretty quickly. Not sure if that was the kitchen's fault though, and our server quickly provided me with a stack of napkins. It tasted good and the fries were great, but I'll probably stick with an omelette next time I visit IHOP.

I have to say that the food was good. My server did an excellent job. Unfortunately, there was what I believe to be management that was treating the employees pretty rough, and they were doing it right next to us. Heard everything they were talking about.

Where I come from, also is Missouri, the meals I got would have run about $40. Those same meals at this IHOP was almost $80. That's what we call a tourist trap folks! ?
