Been eating here since 2012/13ish. It has always been amazing! We have eaten India cuisine all around the country and have never had any as good as here. The family that runs it is super friendly, by far a superior place to dine!

Three of us shared a vegetable platter and a mixed tandoori grill platter. It was good. We also ordered some extra naan and were all full even though it looked like it might not be enough but this is filling and delicious. The ratio if the different dishes on the platter was slightly skewed but that's ok. If you share like that the price is ok otherwise it's a bit pricey like most Indian food.
We have been coming to India Clay Oven for years now. Their food is delicious and their service is wonderful. The vegetable pakora and lasoni gobi (spicy cauliflower) are my favorite appetizers and often eat them as my meal itself. Their tikka masala dishes are some of the best I've had and they have a large variety of proteins. I've loved coming here since I was a kid and intend to keep coming for their amazing food.
India Clay Oven IS BACK! My family returned to India Clay Oven in late December. They are back at the top of our list of favorite places. After avoiding the place for over a year because they had grown complacent and ordinary, we went back with high hopes. I'm very happy that they have restored their exceptional food quality that made us love them in the past. We like lamb dishes. Both the Saag and Tikki Masala are perfect AGAIN! We will make the trip from Fayetteville every chance we get.

This is a must visit. The staff was amazing, balanced checking in but not disturbing the meal and very cordial. The food was simply amazing. They have a great selection of naan and other breads. I highly recommend the spinach paratha. The tandoori chicken and shrimp were fantastic, well flavored but not over done. We really enjoyed their masala chai and the ras malai for dessert. The atmosphere was subdued and elegant and again the staff was phenomenal. Only in Branson for a couple days but we will visit again before we leave.

We have eaten in the restaurant a few times and have always been satisfied. The staff is amazing and very nice. We decided to do Indian for Christmas and got several orders to go. Just like at the restaurant it was amazing. All the meals reheated perfectly. Everything was packaged well and the portion sizes where more than enough for us.

All I can say is wow! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Biryani to go. The portions were big and the flavors were great as well. I also ordered Garlic Naan and I was amazing with both dishes. Overall a very delicious meal!!! Will come back next time I'm in the area.

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Management
Very unpleasant experience at this Indian restaurant, mainly because of the manager’s arrogant and dismissive behavior. Not at all welcoming. There was no proper communication about the wait time or no reservations taken. When asked about the wait time, he threatened that he won’t serve us food. It felt more like he wants us to leave rather than eat there.

Great vegetarian options. Restaurant is close to all major attractions in Branson. The food was delicious. The team was friendly and had great recommendations for us, traveling with party of young kids who don’t eat too much spicy food. Will definitely eat at this restaurant again!
