Neither one of us have had authentic Indian food for many years; so after reading a number of TA reviews, we decided to check-out this location. Located in a strip-mall, along Hwy 76; this facility is clean and well-maintained, with a nod towards a mid-eastern decor. Being mid-week, early evening; seating was readily available. Our server, Surjit, was formal & polite; and patiently answered our questions, when asked. We began with #6 Clay Oven special vegetable platter (vegetable fritters); and then shared the #48 Clay Oven mix grill (tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, sheeka kabab, & shrimp tandoori). We asked for only mild spicing, which was honored; and our selections provided a range of interesting flavors (some of which accompanied us back to our lodging, as the portions were generous). We ended the meal with some kheer, a cardamom flavored rice pudding (pleasantly indulgent). All and all, this was a very satisfying dining experience; having rekindled a few decades old memories.

We were looking for something not American while spending the day at Silver Dollar City and happened upon this restaurant. Well, this was an incredible pick! Every single thing we ordered was amazing. The garlic naan was the best we’ve ever had. We’ve eaten Indian food many places across the country and this was some of the best!
