Just had a great lunch at the Floating Cafe. Phillysteak sandwich and cheese curds were great! The cheeseburger and fries were also great! Love the atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

My family is visiting Branson for my daughters birthdays. We got checked into our cabin late last night, so we were hoping to find a good breakfast place this morningX. The floating cafe did not disappoint! We had a party of six and our service was excellent. We had a breakfast burrito, French toast with strawberries, 2 kinds of omelet’s, a breakfast sandwich, and biscuits and gravy. Everything was amazing, but what stood out the most was the perfectly cooked crunchy hashbrowns❤️❤️. Thanks so much for starting our vacation off right!

Third and final try at this place. Never a good experience here but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Waited 1.5 hours and food never showed up. Waitress no place to be found unless we asked and then she seemed annoyed. Finally she said our food would be another 30 minutes. Customers getting food who showed up after others. Don’t go here unless you got patience of a saint and plenty of time to waste. No amount of free meals would take me back there. And it was not a staffing issue. Many workers running in circles it appeared.

We look forward to eating here when we come to Branson and stay at The Cottage Resort a few times a year. Love the people who work there and the food is always hot and delicious! Can't wait to go back in s couple months!

A family of 9 of us went for breakfast on Labor Day 2023. We arrived at 9:30 AM. Our order, 9 breakfasts was placed after waiting some time to even get coffee brought to our table. An hour and half later the waitress came to our table and informed us that it would be at least another 30 minutes before they would start preparing our order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The waitress did her best to explain. We walked out when the Waitress said she would have to get the manager's approval to cancel the order. They food may have been the best in the world, but we're never able to taste it. I would not return and would NOT recommend this place for a good family breakfast meal, they really didn't want our business.

We went to this place this morning for breakfast around 930, we waited to order our food for 35 minutes, and after we ordered, we waited a hour and a half till the lady came out and said it was goings to be another 30 minutes at least, I don't really know what happened but we decided to go somewhere else. You might want to explore other options than this place.
