Joe’s Crab Shack at the Branson Landing gave us a moment.
From the second we sat down, the whole place felt alive — lake breeze coming through the windows, sunlight bouncing off the water, and Lacie, our server, greeting us like we’d been coming here for years. She never rushed us, never overlooked a thing, and treated us with the kind of warmth you can’t teach.
We started with their Blue Hawaiian pints — the “Who Gives a Ship” and the “I’d Hit That.” Listen… if joy had a color, it would be that blue. Cold, bright, refreshing — the kind of drink that makes you stop mid-sip and smile.
The calamari came out next, golden and crisp, seasoned just right. Then the entrées landed, and that’s when this turned into a full experience. ✨ Cajun-dusted crab legs with that perfect snap ✨ Corn and potatoes soaking up all the good seasoning ✨ Grilled salmon topped with real crab — tender, rich, unforgettable ✨ Asparagus with the perfect char ✨ Yellow rice that soaked up every drop of flavor
It wasn’t just good — it was cooked with care. You could taste pride in every bite.
For a place that could rely on their waterfront view alone, Joe’s goes above and beyond where it counts: in the kitchen, at the table, in the atmosphere, and in the heart they put into everything.

Service was great, but that’s not the point. Our server, Lacie, helped me propose to the love of my life, hid it in the food brought it to the table and from today on this Joe’s crab shack will be a part of my life! But don’t let that fool you, yes I got engaged, but the food was incredible, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was incredible.

Joe's Crab Shack is always a go to place if you are looking for seafood. It keeps changing though and I'm not thrilled with the menu's nowadays. But this is a good place to have seafood.

We went when it was not very busy and man! 20 mins we had our food on the table and it was delicious! Recommend giving captains secret sauce a try!! Kaley was out waitress and she did an excellent job keeping out table full and took the time to tell us about some of the must sees of Branson!
