Shrimp was over cooked. And once we received our food it was cold. Not sure we will go back
The service was poor and the food was definitely lacking in quality since our last visit. We have decided that was our last trip.
We love this chain and were super excited to find oue close to us. The last time we went they were slow and total 5 stars. This time, it was very busy and I'm not sure they were staffed for it. It took 1.25 hours to get our food from the time we ordered making dinner take almost 3 hrs. Our server was great and the food was great. They even made a big deal for a birthday...it was just a longer meal than we planned. We will go back.
Had the best waiter ever at the Branson location, Jeremiah. Go to Joe's Crab Shack every time we are in Branson. Food was great as usual.
Nancy was awesome! Best server with a sweet and kind personality.

My husband and I have gone to Joe’s Crab Shack for every celebration at the Branson location. This past Thursday night we went so excited for our anniversary dinner to enjoy crab legs. We each ordered the Queen crab leg steam pot (which we have gotten every time). The waitress brought out the dishes in a bag and opened them and put the meal in a plate. The crab legs were DRY looks like they lightly seasoned them, the meat was not juicy at all! The potatoes and corn were all DRY. What a disappointment, that will be the last time we go to the Joe’s in Branson unfortunately.

Our server Christi was sweet. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer that came out cold. For the main we ordered a boil that didn't have the sausage or shrimp in it. The sauce was great but the crab was not anywhere close to the price we paid.

Where to begin… our waitress was extremely rude and didn’t have patience with us. She was rude when my husband asked about an item on the menu and the word “ whatever “ was thrown around a lot. While we waited for our food she proceeded to spray chemicals and clean windows next to our table.
We got our entrees and there was no silver ware given to us. She forgot my knife and still didn’t bring us silver ware. We had to ask for silverware, so Finally she plopped the bucket of silverware down and walked away.
My mashed potatoes and green beans were cold as wer my husbands and everything was so salty that my tounge was stinging. Lobster was over cooked and shrimp still had shell on the body .
My husbands shrimp was burnt . For 120.00 dollars for 2 people and horrible service . I would not eat there ever again.

Crab was overcooked and cold. Fried shrimp was over cooked and most had not been deveined. Coleslaw was funky tasting. I am pretty sure I was given a cup of vegetable oil instead of butter to dip my crab into. The location and our waitress were both great , but the meals for both me and my husband were terribly disappointing. That's a shame because I used to love joes crab shack. I dont think I'll go back next time I'm in Branson.
