TLDR; Food is okay, service and atmosphere is trash. Absolute worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, and that’s probably not evening descriptive enough of the experience. Every table was covered in left over food crumbs
My food tray was handed to me with a large amount of mash potatoes stuck to the bottom, which caked my hand in them when it was handed to me. Employees then sat around while the restaurant was absolutely filthy.
Kitchen staff was making comments about how anyone voted for a certain political leader were “stupid people .” Bro your job is to make fried chicken and clean tables, not call your customers stupid where they can hear you. Wildly unprofessional staff and atmosphere, place was okay when it opened and now I wouldn't comeback in if you paid me to do so.

Ordered a12 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy and coke slaw. The chicken was what was left over from the day. I ended up with like 5 wings, 2 breasts, 4 thighs and 2 legs. Breading was falling off it was so old. Chicken was nasty!!!! Server was rude. Ordered extra crispy and nothing was crispy. I will never go back and ur breaks my heart cause I love kfc!!!!

Thank you guys I asked for a macaroni and chicken bowl and it was the best, I called before I came to make sure they still had it and man was the girl on the phone sweet, when I got there they asked me at the window how I wanted it just to make sure and man was it good thank you guys again

Everything was good. They had a brand new employee working the register. She had a little trouble finding the correct buttons to push but figured it out rather quickly. Our order was complete, fresh and hot. There was another customer who went through the drive through who waited almost 15 minutes for the rest of her order because a sandwich was missing. The employees were all friendly.

Would have left but I was trapped in the drive through…. Waited 15 minutes before someone said anything to me. Just wanted a chicken pot pie but they were out. So I decided to order something else. Can’t say anything about the food because I’m still waiting in the drive through… really just want to go home! Update I’m now at the window!!! Yay!! Another update they rang me up for the wrong order. But it’s her first night working until 11 so it’s not her fault. I would highly recommend not going here unless you have no life and like hanging out in a parking lot. New update I got my drink but still no food! Well you get the idea. Update the lady is having a melt down at the window. Update new person came to the window to tell me they have no biscuits. So they offered me corn instead. Update they just gave someone else’s food. I give up!
