I drive for Uber… I'm picking up 2 orders. Neither were ready and they ran out of biscuits. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for the orders and the biscuits “still aren’t done”.

Worst service ever...did an online for pickup for 345...at 415 after waiting 30 minutes they tell me there is no biscuits and it will be another 15. No thanks. Worst attitudes I've ever seen in a restaurant. I asked for extra sides since no biscuits available. A replacement for my 8 biscuits is 2 child size sides! Do better!

Worse fast food restaurant in Branson, I waited 30 min for a family bucket and then I got told to go wait longer at a mobile pick up, the way their drive thru is don’t let you turn around so you’re pretty much stuck in line

It took 30 minutes or longer to get our order. It seemed chaotic, unorganized. The facility was not clean. Black dirty grime smudges on the entry door, the floor was dirty, The bathrooms were dirty, the lights turned themselves off in the bathroom and the soap dispenser soap was sitting on the sink instead of in the dispenser.

Very dirty on the inside ...no one greets you and you just get ignored when you walk in and this is not a one time thing its everything plan on waiting 30 minutes or more if you go there ..

Attitudes all around and chicken just does not even look edible. Make sure you check your orders for pickup because they do forget stuff that you pay for.
I went through the Drive thru after loading concrete in my Hatchback. I realized my bill fold was in the back we the guy game to the window told him sorry I had to get it out of the back as I did their was a drain pipe with water and mold which I slipped on and fell on my knee the guy yells out we're not liable. I got back in my car he then asked are you hurt? I said yes but I didn't appreciate your rude comment. He handed me my food and as I started to drive away he yell out the window I hope your hurt. I live in Branson for 6 years every experience has been bad and they never do anything about it when you call the manager. I truly think this is the worst store in there chain and should be closed it only has rude employees who don't care and this has been going on for six years. I try to give them a chance to redeem themselves but every time it's a horrible experience. Avoid the stress of Branson KFC.

I can't judge the food but all I can say is I walked in and was asked dine in or take out. Before I answered, I walked out! The smell of a barn with hay and cows is the only way I can even describe the scent. I wasn't taking the chance to get sick.

Charles was awesome. Big family, complicated order, he made it work! They were going to run out of extra crispy, but he found one for me anyway. Very helpful guy. Got us extra drinks and biscuits cause of the wait and father's day they ran out of something. Food was good too.
