12 piece meal chicken was very dry and Mac and cheese was overcooked to dry an old French fries. Cold and old biscuits hard in old every time we go there.
The Times I ate there,they had Great Workers, even with this high volume of customers . Hot food. All and all pleasant service.

We went through the drive through. We ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks. The tone of her voice was that we were an inconveniance and when we asked for a drink carrier, she rolled her eyes, slammed the drive through window and went to get the carrier. There was no one else in the drive through at the time. I could maybe understand if they were slammed. It was just before 5:00.

I was the only one in the store and waited over five minutes and no one would wait on me. Ended up walking out. I will never eat here again. Went across the street to Walmart and bought 8pc fried chicken for $8. KFC is $22. Not bad either.

went during opening. food was fine but the meat was tough and sides were drying on top. The staff were so overwhelmed. You couldn't feel the personalities of either staff, or interior decor. It just exists as a place to get mediocre chicken.Parking: tiny lot with a confusing drive-thru. it's a nightmare, it's so small and odd-shaped. Big trucks don't bother.

Walked inside with Skye and Lana made us feel welcomed. Food was good and we had the place to ourselves. Staff was excellent and the place was clean. Will come back
After waiting 30 minutes or more in line, we were missing food in our order and had to tell them before we drove off, because we were not about to wait another 30 minutes. Chrystal was our cashier and there was no urgency when getting to us to take our order, and when she did, she was very hasty. My fiancé ordered a snack wrap combo, and the snack wraps were so small. They also gave a small fry with it (they were gross). Save your time and money, and just go to Popeyes in Springfield. At least your time is spent driving and not idling.

The people who took the order from me didn't paid attention to my order and if they did pay attention they mess up the order on purpose,I spent 55 bucks to get something to eat here I was only going to get chickenBut she made a couple of suggestionsSo I tried it.....Never again will I go back to this place.
Went for a pick up today and didn't realize it was for the wrong store. Chelsy helped me realize my mistake and helped me get what I needed. Thank you for having this wonderful employee.
Waited 30 minutes in line after I ordered, I was trapped waiting and needed to get to work. I felt like I was waiting in McDonalds line but at least there I could get out. I stopped going to McDonalds and I guess I'll stop going to KFC.
I wanted fried chicken at 8 pm. Lol My husband found this KFC (we were on a little getaway to Branson) and I got my chicken. It was hot and fresh and crispy. Something I didn't expect at 8 pm. He didn't have to wait long and the girl at the counter was very nice.
