Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

It was good to see y’all again

Dropped in and wanted to get an iced coffee no cream with some Splenda. I asked if they had iced coffee, and was told yes. I paid for iced coffee, only to overhear the workers discussing how they could make an iced coffee with only hot brewed coffee. They don’t brew coffee and keep it chilled. They told me the situation, and I understood their mistake and suggested they make an iced Americano instead. I really appreciated the guy for realizing they didn’t have iced coffee, and trying to accommodate me. But the iced Americano they gave me was lighter in color than green tea. So, they don’t have iced Americanos or iced coffee. I had also asked for Splenda’s, and they seemed to think that was odd? We did get a toasted coconut ice cream, and it was delicious. I asked for a refund and received it, and was treated politely. But if you want coffee, this unfortunately is not the right place. 👍

We just stopped in to check out the fudge. A lot a ice cream flavors and small treat packages. The fudge was decently priced with a buy 2 get 1 free deal going on too.

It’s decent ice cream but Honestly I dont know how you sleep at night charging $8 for one scoop of ice cream in a cone. We won’t ever go back. So much cheaper so many other places.

I absolutely love Kilwins. Such a great atmosphere and caring people. I love their chocolate and coffee. Well managed and great place to get some sweets! Recommend highly!

This place is fantastic! We stopped by on a hot day to try the ice cream and we were impressed! The place was so clean, bright, cheerful, and the employees were so nice and welcoming, not to mention everything we purchased was amazing! I can’t wait to go back! Kilwins will be a must stop every time we pass through!

Kid-friendliness: Bright and fun! Easily attract young kids! Plus they have a mascot and what kid or adult doesn’t like sweets!

We love Kilwins. We visit in Branson and Clearwater, FL every time we visit. Fantastic Ice cream

Disappointed that this location allowed a pet dog inside while we were there. Very off putting!

Emotional support animals in public places are getting out of hand everywhere!

We love animals and have a wonderful mini-poodle. What we DON'T do is take her inside establishments and act like its ok.

Another Branson food establishment posted a sign which I will be using for my own business. I believe all businesses (especially food businesses) should utilize a similar sign.

Emotional support animals ARE NOT service animals! Management everywhere has to assert themselves with these pushy pet owners who think they can do whatever they want and no one will speak up.

Not everyone loves my dog or your dog. Patrons everywhere should not be forced to deal with you pet!

It was really good got 3 things of fudge, buy 2 get 1 free so I did that but when I went back in my banking app to see if I had enough to get some gifts I saw that they double charged me, I paid $28 and they charged me $56 I steas after they double charged me. I'll redo this review if I can get my $28 that was overcharged. I even have the receipt I can bring in if I need to
