My mom and I took my husband to dine at Level 2 for an amazing, relaxing birthday dinner! The service by Anthony was outstanding! The food was delicious and the host manager on duty that evening was so pleasant to chat with during our excursion! The entire evening was so enjoyable from the cocktails to the meal, and we felt totally spoiled! We would highly recommend for dinner or just to enjoy some of the amazing holiday drink offering with a scrumptious appetizer!

We had heard from friends how great this restaurant was and we were happy to discover all of the great recommendations were correct. The food and atmosphere were top notch. One of the most enjoyable aspects of our visit to Level 2 was our waiter Anton. Even though he was not assigned to be our waiter he recognized that somehow after we were seated no waiter had ever come back to take our drank order and welcome us to the restaurant. From that point forward he took care of our every need. He made us feel like we were VIPs and made our first visit to this beautiful restaurant a wonderful memorable experience. Level 2 is very fortunate to have such an employee working for them. Thanks to Anton we will certainly come back to Level 2 when we come back to the Branson area the first week in January of 2026. A very disappointing experience. This is apparently one of the few "high end" restaurants in Branson and the entire time there felt like amateur hour. Start off with nonexistent valet parking. We waited around for 10 minutes before giving up and just self-parking in the lot across the street. When we arrived for our reservation, the host seemingly mistaken us for another party, despite being reminded by the General Manager a couple of times. I got the impression that he checked another party in with my reservation. Anyways, we were NOT sat immediately, but asked to go to the bar and assured that someone would get us and we would be sat within 15 minutes. 20 minutes passed and no one came by. So, we walked ourselves to check with the host who was nowhere to be found. While waiting now at the host stand, a later reservation was sat before us. We ordered a number of things, including a bottle of wine off their list, but really, the meal was tarnished from the moment we arrived. We had the steak, burger, and chicken. None of it was really memorable, other than that the fries were way too salty. We still tipped 20% since our server was lovely. It was also amusing to hear a bunch of tables asking about redeeming poker chips for free drinks, gave the impression that I was eating at a restaurant featured on Group-on. LOL. Never again.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt special. Our waiter, Cory, went above and beyond, walking us through the entire dining experience with genuine enthusiasm. He offered thoughtful drink suggestions and spot-on food recommendations. Since it was my birthday, the table was adorned with a long-stemmed rose and delicate rose petals—such a beautiful, personal touch.

Level 2 is the hotel bar, the white-tablecloth steakhouse, and the breakfast buffet restaurant at the Hilton in Branson's convention center. It's a confused identity—especially the breakfast part. The food at night might be amazing, but it’s hard to take a restaurant seriously when you ate a bargain-basement buffet there that morning. I stopped in for a drink around 8 p.m. The bar was full of customers and there were a couple of parties of two at the high-top tables. I couldn’t tell if anyone was dining in the restaurant proper. I ordered a glass of wine from what is, on paper, an extensive list. Whether they actually have everything is another question, but there were a few interesting and reasonably priced bottles. The California Clay Shannon chardonnay was a perfectly average mid-tier wine—neither overly oaky nor unoaked—and for $12 a glass it was fine. At $42 a bottle, however, it’s a stretch for a house chardonnay retailing for roughly a third of that price. A better choice on the list is the Albert Bichot aligoté from Burgundy. Aligoté, Burgundy’s often-overlooked second white grape, drinks like a lighter unoaked chardonnay; most people wouldn’t know the difference. At $13 a glass or $39 a bottle, it’s fairly priced for something that retails around $17–$20. What surprised me was the absence of any traditional-method sparkling wine by the glass. A hotel bar this size should at least pour a Chandon or Gruet. Instead, the only options were two inexpensive Italian sparklers, including one brand better known for canned wine. I wasn’t hungry, so I didn’t order food—and no one else at the bar was eating either. The weird moment came at 8:50 p.m., when the bartender suddenly announced last call because “there weren’t enough of us,” and she planned to close by 9. I counted eight customers. Kitchens close early, fine—but shutting down a hotel bar with people still drinking is strange. You’d reasonably expect a convention-center Hilton bar to stay open until at least 10 p.m. At breakfast, most guests gravitate to the buffet, which is as generic as they come: scrambled eggs, a premade cheese omelet, cereals, a few meats, breads, yogurt, and some berries. No made-to-order eggs, no smoked salmon, no cheeses, no fresh juices, no smoothies. The selection is barely better than a Holiday Inn Express or Hilton Garden Inn. All things considered, this is an average hotel F&B outlet. Level 2 suffers from an identity crisis and never quite succeeds at being a bar, a breakfast restaurant, or a fine-dining steakhouse. I wouldn’t return unless I was on an expense account and staying at the Hilton for a convention.

Terrible service! We were seated and had to wait about 15 minutes for menus. When I asked we were told they were low on menus. Someone asked and was handed one on the spot. Waited 10 after getting our menus, so we decided to leave.

It was our anniversary and they placed rose petals and two roses on the table. The service was absolutely amazing, they have amazing staff and phenomenal food. After we ate they gave us a complimentary dessert.

Took wife to celebrate her birthday. We started with the deep fried deviled eggs. Fabulous. She ordered the Filet and I had Prime Rib. We shared sides of mash potatoes, grilled carrots, and egg noodles and cheese. Her steak was seasoned and grilled to perfection. I even enjoyed a bite. The sides were delicious and prepared well. My Prime Rib.... I ordered a medium rare, so cool red center. I like it that way as it leaves the prime rib very tender. As prime rib is a thick roast only the edges are seasoned when roasted. Mine don't really have any seasoning on the edges. So this resulted in a flavorless meat, outside of the Au jus and horseradish sauce. Also, the Prime Rib had been grilled on both sides much like a ribeye steak. It was not the way I am used to it being prepared or served. The Waiter said it was the chefs way of presenting the Prime Rib. Myself? I didn't prefer it that way. We will most definitely be eating at Level 2 again soon, but I will be trying something else beside the Prime Rib.

We had an incredible experience at Level Two Steakhouse Bar during our conference this week. Christine, our bartender, was absolutely outstanding. Over the last several days, she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality made every visit enjoyable. If you’re visiting, ask for Christine — she will make your experience unforgettable!

Amazing night we had. From the manager greet from Anthony at the host stand, the nice table set up with roses for our anniversary, the kind and professional conversation from Carsten, to the stand out service and food from Berenice and Chef Drake. I have never been more sad to not try more dishes. I appreciate the care and attention that was given for our service last night. It was a night we won't forget - thankful our first time at Level 2 to have the bar set so high, we cannot wait to come back to see how great everything continues to be. Thanks again!

This was our 45th Anniversary trip. I had researched fine dining places. There were a few negative reviews, but one made me decide that Level 2 Steak House was the best option. The review stated that every restaurant has a down night, and they highly recommended Level 2 in the Hilton in Historic downtown Branson. From start to finish, the evening was a memorable experience! I called about 2 weeks before to make reservations. I did say that we were celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived, we were taken to a secluded area in the lovely dining room. The table was set beautifully with 2 roses on the table and petals arranged on the table. We were served delicious bread with a wonderful spread in the center of oil around it on a plate. I’ll stop here to tell you about our wonderful server, Marie. She created the perfect atmosphere for our special occasion! She anticipated what we needed before we asked. She was so kind and wanted us to have a wonderful evening. The steaks were amazing!!!! My husband enjoys the finest quality meat, and the 6oz. filets were cooked and seasoned to perfection!! Marie suggested choosing the 3 sides for sharing. We had a loaded baked potato, cream spinach, and carrots…absolutely amazing! Before the entree, I had the wedge salad. The lettuce was cut so that you had topping on every bite! For dessert, we enjoyed the crème brûlée(Happy Anniversary written on the plate; compliments of Marie.) It was creamy, and served slightly cold which is a twist on the traditional, but the top had the nice crunchy top. It was delicious! The food and Marie’s graciousness, sets a high standard! I highly recommend Level 2 to anyone wanting to experience fine dining! We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic server. 15 minutes after ordering, the requested wine was not available. Flickering strobing lights in the dining area had us move to the lounge. Steak was medium, not medium rare. Cordon Bleu was heavily over breaded. Definitely not what I expect for the price point.
