There were 2 families with very loud children who they let run around! But it wasn't the fault of the restaurant. The food and service was very good. We always like eating here when we are in Branson.

Great experience! The food was wonderful and the service was just as good. They went above and beyond to make our night memorable. From the rose and rose pedals on the table to the special dessert at the end, they made celebrating our anniversary one to remember! We will DEFINITELY go back!

We always enjoy going. The service is great, but the food quality was not quite up to past experience. That being said, everyone can have an off night. We will still go back. It remains our favorite restaurant in Branson.

The inside of this restaurant is SUPER CREEPY and OUTDATED!!! The food and service were top notch!!! I would go back, I just wish they would make the dining room a little less dark and gothic.

They're coming back! We almost quit going here because they changed the tuna appetizer portions and quit the L2 salad... but... it's back to the normal menu and back to the regular god sized portions and quality! Yes! So good!

We decided to celebrate another birthday milestone at Level 2, as we had done two years before. The menu prices were significantly higher (yes, I understand inflation, etc.) My 6 oz filet was $52 or 56, plus $14 for a side. Quality was great and cooked properly. Everyone enjoyed their food—a positive. I am uncertain if they were short staffed, but our waiter was average. He was pleasant, but we had to ask for things like salt/pepper, butter and service was extremely slow and impersonal. We could hear very loud music coming from outside the building, plus other music coming from the hotel/bar. It was odd and a bit distracting. Overall, the experience was not what we all had hoped.

We love Anton! Hands down the best service you could ever ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him and loved that he recommended the Nitro Espresso Martinis for dessert. We will definitely be ordering those again in the future!

Let me start off by saying the atmosphere and service was good. But the last few times we've dined here the food has been less than stellar. During our last visit this past weekend, my wife and our guest had to send their $50 dollar plus steaks back to be cooked to the temperature they ordered but they still didn't get them right. Second time back to the table they were charred on the outside but red on the inside. Unfortunately for the prices they are charging, we probably wont be back.

We will drive 6 hours just for this place. Cory and the staff were amazing and the steak and butter cake were top notch. Best steak I’ve ever had. And let me tell you the bar is a true top shelf bourbon bar.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 9th anniversary while on a family vacation. We had a reservation and a sitter for the kids. We arrived on time and sat down. The lights above were flickering and uncomfortable on the eyes. We waited for 20 minutes and no server stopped by. I let the hostess know and she went and found the server and told us he would be by soon. 5 more minutes of waiting and still nothing. We just walked out. How disappointing.

This place is Terrible, we Booked 2
Nights on a Holiday inn express prior to this stay at the hilton and we thought the Hilton was going to be an upgrade. WROOONG! The first thing was that the room assigned to us stank terrible we has to be moved out 4 floors up. The parking lot is so far you have to Walk 1/4 mile to it. The Worst of all, there is no free breafast but a overpriced retaurant on premises.

We had the best time last night . Our waiter Eugene was very nice , very bright , very attentive . We will be requesting him when we come back. Kisses to the chef last night, our cowboy ribeye was one of the best steak we ever had. We need no sause it was seasoned to perfection & succulent & juicy. Bacon wrapped dates where a flavor explosion in your mouth! The fresh crab cakes and aoli out of this world. We got the rooted carrots & cream brulee corn hands down just delicious. We loved our drinks... I'm now obsessed with a French 75 & Manhattan, high 5 to our bartender last night. You can't go wrong with this steakhouse . The experience the food is so worth it . You want high-end & fine dining this is the place!!!! Thank you all so much ❤️!

Ps. Was to full to eat our ooey butter cake, so we got it to go ! 10/10 . Just scrumptious!

The food was great but our waiter was very slow. They also ran out of bags for us to put our food to go in.

Only 2 out of 5 steaks cooked to ordered temperature. Portions have decreased in size and server did not check back to ask about the steaks after a couple of bites. Service and food quality has really gone down over the past 2 years.
