Are you ok little Ceasars? If you guys need a gm to run your store please please please lmk cause this location is a joke. The workers are clueless and very inappropriate. The managers are the same. Every time I've visited this place I stand for at least 15 min with no one in line no one helping me or at the register. Honestly while I'm standing there I'll call the store AND THEY STILL TAKE 10 MIN TO ANSWER THE DAM PHONE once they do i hang up and s say Hey it's me I couldn't find any other way to get your attention. I can run that store better than anyone you've ever hired. Just saying 😌 🤷🏾

This place has gone downhill fast. On top of having to wait almost 45 minutes after the online app said the order was ready, I ordered a pretzel pizza, and did not check before I left the store. I got home and had a completely different pepperoni pizza. I did file a complaint in the app, but never heard anything back. I contacted the corporate number, but since it's a franchise my issue was directed to the franchise holder. It's been a few weeks now, and honestly I've given up. I'll be sticking to the smaller local places from now on.

Tonights 10-08-25 service was horrid. If I wanted to hear yelling I would of went to my mom tbh!!!! Don't yell at other employees when looking right at a customer! Some of us are working on ptsd and that crap does not help! Felt like the woman was yelling at me for ordering and messing up her day tbh. If I'm having a hard day again I will not be going here for sure. Food was ok but ppl running the show need to calm down around customers

Today I was there during a very busy time and the employees were so kind and professional. The manager was addressing an issue with a customer with kindness and he seemed genuine. I was just a bystander, but still very impressed with what I saw. Great job guys.

This place has went down hill. They use to have really good everything and I'm guessing the hirering of teens with lil to NO work ethic has made it what it is today. When I went in it was 2 teens that looked very overwhelmed and just mad to be there.. the young lady was nice but they both just looked very overwhelmed not their fault it's their management that has issues with scheduling and I'm guessing couldn't be bothered to be their for the team to help.

Ordered 15 pizzas and was ready right on time , hot and great.
This is the second time we ordered ahead of time and instead of getting my food right then and there, I had waited another 30 minutes just to have someone ask my pick up name and give me my food, the first time I waited 30 mins to order a pizza and I had got skipped twice while in line, I said nevermind and ended up driving to harrison the harrison location to get some pizza

We walked inside and ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas, and have watched people that ordered after us get their pizzas.. so far it's been 21 minutes. This place is definitely gone down hill..
