I have NEVER been disappointed in Longhorn Steak House. Great food . Went to the other new steak house in Branson tonight was so disappointed the food was just ok. The service was great & rolls but, that was it.

Service was great but I ordered the 28 dollar ribeye it wasn't a ribeye at all maybe a sirloin I didn't take it back for good reason can't believe this could happen but everything else was great

Food was good. Service was top notch! We had the pleasure of having Kenneth as our server and he went above and beyond. Best service we have ever received anywhere. He was so kind. He even left us a Happy New Years greeting on a card and it was so nice to read after we left the restaurant. I hope this guy is cherished as a worker there because they honestly can't do better than Kenneth. If mangaement reads this, tell him the card and words meant so much!

We like going to Longhorn because the service is good and the steaks are first rate. It is one of our go to restaurants in Branson Missouri and Springfield Missouri.
Amazing food, Amazing atmosphere, and just a wonderful experience. A year ago it was crap they have really come along way

Couldnāt decide where our meals needed to go due to wife and daughter being in restroom. Manager came out with plates. Due to us not responding quick enough he slammed plates down on the table while my arm was extended out to him to grab the plate Ruined my mood ruined my meal. Didnāt even touch my food. Got my ticket and bagged my food up and left. Server was great. Wouldāve had 5 stars if that manager never came up

Food was just ok and our Waiter needs to be trained better! The four of us went out for dinner last night, all of our salads were drenched in salad dressing, my wife and I couldn't finish our salads as a result. The filet was overcooked, dry and lacked flavor but the lobster tail was tasty.
Waiter delivered the main course before picking-up the salad plates, so we had to render assistance and pick-up the salad plates for him and before I even had an opportunity to try out my baked potato, the Waiter came by and asked if we wanted one check or two. I said: that's not appropriate, I'm still eating and you didn't bother to even ask if we wanted dessert, so I told him to go away for 10 min.
Not happy with the food nor our Waiter, so consider going to a different restaurant where the Cooks & Wait staff are better trained.
