At the Branson Location: I order a mint chocolate chip in a cup and 1 in a cone. The cup was barely full and the cone wasn’t even close to the top either. My wife hated the taste of hers and asked for something else and the young j*** ( I would normally say gentleman) behind the counter told her that she should of order something else if she didn’t like the mint chip that I ordered for her. I would never return to this establishment or recommend to anyone else.If I could rate this place a zero instead of 1 star I would.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible experience at this location Friday April 22, 2022. Associate refused me a refund, cursed ate and screed for me to "get out of his store" after he let my shake sit and melt on the counter after the 1st Associate who started it walked away in a fit of anger because he was apparently left to close on his own and it was very busy. 2nd Associate then proceeded to take orders of customers behind me (3+ orders) before he said he would just go ahead and finish mine that was sitting melting on the counter due to the 1st Associate never returning. There are no prices listed for the Majestic Shakes and they are apparently $12.99. I spent $28 with tip on 2 icecreams! That were smaller than Rita's! NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!!!

Cookie tasted great, but didn’t look so hot. We’re easygoing people with a sense of humor, so we got a good laugh out of it. Definitely need to train the cake decorators a little more lol.

Stopped at this place because we saw an advertisement online as we were looking for a unique ice cream experience. Asked about the the Majestic shakes as those are what brought us to this place. The staff advised that it was expensive, but we wanted one anyway, so we ordered the cotton candy majestic shake. First, the lollipop was about 1/4 size of the shake advertised in the picture. The shake didn't look anything at all what was pictured really! Secondly, he did not put sprinkles on it. Third, he didn't even fill the cup all the way. This shake was $12.99+ tax and didn't even get what was pictured in their advertisements online and at the store itself. Very dissatisfied.

Expensive. Ice cream so soft it squished out of the cookie sandwich, making a huge mess. Didn't taste that great either. Complete waste of money.

I generally love marble slab!- we are from OklahomaHaving a girls weekend, shopping and everything - we go in marble slab a few minutes before 8:20 & they close at 9, the girl who was being very loud, complaining about her manager & being super rude to us. Said she had already turned the slab off so she couldn’t mix our ice cream.. I didn’t really know what to say- she made my cone & didn’t mix the syrup or toppings - complaining the entire time. It cost me $8.15 for a very small cone of plain ice cream with caramel drizzle & sprinkles, mind you- the caramel was falling off because it was all thick & not mixed.So I very nicely asked what time they close the slab- and she said Um Duh 30 minutes before we close. I had walked in at 8:15? she was INSANELY rude.Doesn’t need a public job. She also treated my friend & the 7 people who walked in after us the same. Her co worker however was very sweet & seemed extremely stressed by her attitude.

Ordered a cookie cake for my husband's birthday, and they gave me a call at about 8:30pm the night before I was supposed to pick it up to tell me it wouldn't be ready at the time I'd asked for. Didn't really offer me much for options, either cancel the order or move the time back. I was at work at the time, and with it being so late I didn't have time to really figure anything else out so I told them they could move the time back like 3 hours and they said they'd call me the next day. Then today they called me an hour before I was supposed to pick it up to tell me that they wouldn't be able to have it done until 6pm(5 hours later than the time I had already moved it back to). Still wasn't given any options other than to push the time back or cancel the order, so I told them to just cancel it. I then get placed on hold and when they pick back up they tell me they can't refund it until after 5pm. So I'm out a cake on my husband's birthday and won't get my money refunded until the end of the day. Neither of the people I talked to really seemed to care at all about it- I normally don't leave reviews, but I am incredibly disappointed and never plan on attempting to order anything from them again.
Super, super hot in the store! Ice cream was very soft. I had a huge clump of ice cream fall off my cone. I was still charged for the entire ice cream. Service was appropriate with only one person in the store.

we went to marble slab and great American cookie yesterday and they had long line, my son wanna ice cream so I said okay, all the worker were working super hard and they were really nice and ice cream was really good. we end up getting cookie to thank you to Andrew who help us was really nice and helpful.
