EDIT: The Manager Connor that currently works there threw change at my face as I was driving away from the window. All because I got told to pull up to the fence well after waiting 26 mins at the fence I went inside where I then had to wait another 6 mins just for someone to come to the register. After I explained what I was waiting on I got told that they’re waiting for the nuggets to get done cooking which is weird because I got told to pull up to the fence because the strips I ordered were still cooking. So instead of putting together my 10 piece nugget and my 6 piece nugget they instead give them to the 8 cars that they’ve served while I was just sitting there waiting for 3 strips. I didn’t wanna go back inside for the 3rd time and wait another 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the so I waited until the car that was at the window left and I pulled up to the window and sat there. After a couple mins someone came to the window saying they’re still waiting for the nuggets to cook which some how takes longer than 15 mins because that’s what they said they were waiting on 15 mins ago when I went inside for the first time. I told them I wasn’t gonna leave the drive through window so they can keep serving other people to make their times look good on their paperwork. So they get upset and tell me I need pull up and I tell them I’m not going to and multiple people including Connor starts yelling at me through the window. He gives me a refund in cash after I paid with a card and not even asking to put it back on the card. He’s holding the cash in one hand and the change/coins in the other with the receipt. I grabbed the cash from his hand but I didn’t want the coins I didn’t even pay with cash well after I grabbed the cash I start to drive off and Connor throws the coins through the drive through window into my car window hitting me in the face. I’ve called them 3 times now asking for corporates number and Connor refuses to give it to me!!!
If you want a double cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY then I would go somewhere else. The ketchup only part is what gets them all confused and nervous. Then after waiting at the window for 3 mins for someone to come back to fix my order the little blonde has an attitude and can’t seem to remember the order she just handed me. Then when I finally tell her that my sandwich is wrong and I want my correct one she looks at me with disgust and says we can’t take food back. Now why would I carry around a cheeseburger in my car that you guys made wrong? I mean MAYBE if you guys kept the outside trash can empty I could’ve thrown it in there but nope. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve had to pull over to the side and wait 5+ mins for someone to bring out my cheeseburger that they had to remake. It’s just fascinating how they can mess up a simple cheeseburger then look at me like I’m retarded when I tell them they made it wrong once again.

Unreal!!! Paid my almost $4 for a caramel frappe and was handed a coffee slushie with all the whipped cream melted lol I mentioned it and awesome employee tells me that’s how they’re supposed to be and they’re always like that. Lmao are you gonna believe me or your lying eyes? Good looking out McDonald’s

Orders were wrong. It took forever. I saw the manager wipe his nose with his bare hand and then continue to handle food!! Disgusting!!!!
Made the mistake of pulling in this drive-thru after a late conference. We were stuck in the drive-thru for 35 minutes after they had our money! Doors were locked so we couldn't go in to get our food or complain. AWFUL! WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!

Austin was very rude I didn't get what I ordered and said I would have to pick it up then he said he would put my name in the book and I can come get it later then he said I would have to call doordash and I told them doordash didn't screw up the order and then includes stuff in the bag and he said that his staff put the stuff in the bag and I said the bag was completely sealed with three pieces of tape there's no way they could have got anything out of the bag I hope McDonald's contacts me and fix this and retrains their employee his name was Austin
