This place is horrible! I waited 20 minutes for a quarter pounder with no onions, give me a burnt cold burger with onions. Fries were under cooked and there was a patty on the ground.

The last two times I went to this particular McDonald's - they had no orange juice. Apparently, their orange juice machine was not working or something like that.
If you like orange juice with your breakfast, better find some other place!

Whoever the older woman was behind the counter taking orders today was rude as heck. Very impatient and non understanding when helping the old man in front of my family then had my father wait for 10 months at the register to get his receipt because she walked away with a disgusting look on her face after she took our money. If I could review 0 stars I would. Oh not to mention all the tables were dirty with food crumbs in them (Jan 7 2025 @12:11pm)

I just waiting in line(patiently) for my turn to order. If you’ve been through the drive thru you know there’s two lanes. I waiting in line for 10 minutes while not 1, not 2, but 3 cars got to order ahead of me when they pulled in after I did. What you guys don’t want to service the left side? Really. I was hungry and just wanted a burger but apparently that’s too much to ask. I ended up leaving because I had to work and was not going to be late. I said “hello?” And was told to wait after the first car came(after I did) and then the next car came, I was ignored again. Third time was the last straw. You guys suck

Went in for lunch no ice coffee of any kind cold frys sandwich just thrown half on half off the bun no other costumers but play time in the kitchen. Shame on you

Great food and service!!! But blaring Jesus sky daddy music thru the store is a HUGE red flag. Leave it in Church!
It was an absolute giant inconvenience coming thru the drive thru on Thursday night 1/9/25 at 8:30pm. I came up to the drive thru and all lights are on and nobody responded. Drove up to both windows and nobody came to us. There was a car there like someone was there but no answer. I understand the snow had begun and a simple hey we are closed posted on the drive thru or any window would’ve been appropriate. It’s just a common courtesy to your customers to let them know he we have left for the day for the safety of our employees. I understand weather and I understand life matters more but please remember you are a business. It wouldn’t have taken but 2 minutes of your time to write out something. I shouldn’t have to wait for over 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to just assume you are closed while said weather is pouring down on me as well. I was just trying to order my kids food on the way home from work. I have no problem with your food, but I have done customer service for over 10+ years. Please think about our time and safety next time as well. Basic communication while operating or managing a business is just a simple practice that should be standard procedure.

This place is clearly understaffed and just doesn't care. 20 minutes to get a basic order. Place is a messy dump full of unsupervised high school kids. Human feces smeared all over the bathroom.
