Did a moble order at 10:40 and tget there at 10.45 and was ignored at the window nothing was said , order was paid for and no food was made , people are lazy and corporate wouldn’t like to hear that they are refusing orders to the point I have to go in an ask for a return ? Absolutely ridiculous , you sit there and ignore us ??

Only car in the drive thru and they literally forgot to make my order then handed my one frappe out the window and didn’t say a word. I get a coffee for my boss at this mcdonald’s everyday and have always been pleasant, ALWAYS have a mobile order submitted 10 minutes before I get there. Do yourself a favor and go to 248, they’re much more pleasant and efficient.

Of all the McDonald's in this area I like this one on Branson hills parkway the best. Usually they have you pull forward so they can finish putting your meal together. But this place had me pull forward so they could make me a fresh cup of coffee. And that was all I ordered. Great job.

I don’t know what happened to this McDonald’s, but they used to be really good. The drive-through is so slow, my daughter ran in to get an order separate from mine while I waited in the drive-through and she was finished before I could even pay we waited at the first window to pay for almost 5 minutes before they even acknowledged us. Then it takes forever to get your food, you would think after waiting all that time it would be fresh but no, it was cold hard french fries the soda had no ice, and the burgers were cold the cheese was not even melted. We ordered two pies which was four dollars and 50 something cents. They handed us the bags and luckily I checked the bag before we drove off , lo and behold no pies. So we had to wait for them to come back to the window and when the guy did, he said oh yeah we’re out of Pies. Do you want a refund or we have ice cream? So he was going to let us drive off knowing we had spent almost 5 dollars for two pies and they weren’t in the bag. Makes me wonder if he was going to pocket the five dollars. I don’t know what happened to this McDonald’s, but they really need to step up their game. It’s expensive to eat out now and I expect for my money and for the time I had to wait to have good food.
