Slow really slow
Sadly, I’ve continued to give this location chance after chance, apparently because I enjoy optimism bordering on delusion. Tonight may have cured me. With exactly one other family in the lobby, we still waited the usual 20+ minutes for our food. Around minute 15, I approached the counter to ask for our drink cups and was cheerfully informed that once we received our food, we’d need to immediately leave because the lobby was closing.
Since the employee was clearly just the messenger (and it was Christmas Eve), I didn’t push back. We were handed our order and rushed out like we’d overstayed our welcome at a party we never asked to attend. A quick glance showed one item missing, which we mentioned. What we didn’t realize until we got home was that more food was missing—because of course it was. By then, they were closed, so… festive shrug.
Now let’s talk about the food. The quality was hands-down the worst I’ve ever experienced—at this location or any McDonald’s, which is saying something. I ordered the Filet-O-Fish, which had been cooked to the texture of a medieval weapon. It was so overcooked I nearly choked, topped with a whisper of tartar sauce and what appeared to be half a slice of cheese that lost the will to live. My husband’s burger wasn’t spared either: dry, smushed, burnt bun—basically the sad, forgotten cousin of a hamburger.
I get it. It’s the holidays. Everyone wanted to go home. But rushing customers out, missing half the order, and serving food that looks and tastes like it was made out of spite isn’t the move.
Do better. Be better.

worst experience at a McDonald's in the history of McDonald's.
ordered at kisosk in store. only one other family inside. after 20 minutes we still haven't received our order.
I finally gets someone's attention and ask about my order. another 5 minutes goes by and they give us our order with cold food. wow.

Love this Branson Hills location. They're always on the ball unlike 248 & 76 locations which are needing of some TLC

I know not to go to McDonald's, my fault on this one. Our order was wrong, which took 20 minutes to get. The food was cold. I could not eat the burrito, it was disgusting. The people working there were in filthy clothes. Does no one clean up anymore? Do not go to this McDonald's.

The link you keep copying and pasting for feedback is broken, pretty much sums up McDonald's service in 2025. If I want a burger I go to Culver's now and there's no issues

The man and the young lady with glasses working drive thru, aswell as the gentleman running orders in the cold tonight are phenomenal workers! I hope to see them here again next time I come through McDonalds. Thank you guys for your work. ❤️

Ordered breakfast through the app sat in drive-thru with no one answering the drive-thru so pulled up to the window before 10:30 a.m. and they would not fill because they said they've switched over to lunch. Manager said she could not honor the order to cancel it.

Every time I place a Mobil order it's wrong.
Wrongenu items and or wrong amounts. Today on Mobil order DV 10 I ordered a double fish sandwich and got a double quarter pounder with cheese.
I didn't check my order because the pickup window was backed up to the other side of the building.
From now on I'll hold the line up until my order is checked.

If you eat here, be kind to the youngsters that work here. I heard a manager today to tell a kid to take his head set off and clock out because he checked his phone. She wouldn't even let him explain that it was his ride messaging since he is too young to drive. Treat those kids better smh. Lost my business.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers 🍔 one was fresh and delicious the second was totally unbelievable, dried out bread was hard as a rock looked like it had been sitting all day! They are just lucky I was already home it really pissed me off 😤!!
