This place used to be the best McDonalds. Today I waited forever watching every order get filled except mine. I guess they forgot #269. I got a refund and went to Freddie’s across the street. Much cleaner and better customer service. The manager at McDonalds didn’t give 2 craps on why I wanted a refund.

I go through every morning get the exact same thing. Twice a week i get an oatmeal. There are 3 people that give great service. Those 3 people stir the coffee, like they are supposed to. This morning I went through Rebecca was at the first window, always nice, fast and if she works the second window she knows what the next order is. There is another lady, her name skips my mind. She had surgery on her shoulder, she is fast and friendly and knows what her next order is as well. Another going lady that I haven't seen in awhile long hair and young, knows each order also and is friendly as well. These 3 are the best at working the drive thru. As I pulled up this morning to the second window the girl said what my drink was looked at the screen and was ok have a good day. I told her i had food as well and told her what it was. Unless the 3 people mentioned above are working the drive thru I get asked every time what my order is. Somewhere there is a break down of what is going on, next order is. Either the person at the window doesn't know what they are doing due to lack of training, not paying attention something. Or it's the expediter giving the window the orders. I've even had managers at the second window not knowing what their next order is. I understand that things happen from time to time, however this is almost daily. Again unless those 3 people are working the drive thru. A person should never sit in the drive thru line for 20 min for a drink. I don't know what happen to pulling people forward that are waiting on something to be cooked but it almost never happens at this mcdonald's. This morning there were 3-4 people at the second window making drinks and getting orders for the person at the window. It was chaos. That is how things get messed up. I sat in line longer than needed. The person in front of me had a coffee and nothing else. That took them 7 min to get to that person. Do better. Management is broken, not trained well or is disconnected.

WORST fast food place for miles. Consistently makes mistakes on my simple order, serves subpar quality food. This includes patties that were seemingly boiled or microwaved (no sear), burgers that have 5x the healthy amount of pepper, and overall messy assembly and presentation. All of this I can understand, it’s fast food. What I don’t understand is how often I wait at the menu for someone to say something or greet me. I know how this works, they know someone’s there. It feels like they’re purposely being as slow as possible in hopes you will drive off (all of these experiences were when they had maximum two other customers). If you can actually order your food correctly and they don’t mess it up, it will certainly take 10-20 minutes. Recently, (as of the night I’m writing this) I had to cancel my order and leave after waiting 20 minutes (FOR THE THIRD TIME) in a 4 car line with no one eating in the dining area. When two cars gave up and drove off I was able to pull up to the first window. I had seen this window stay closed for 15 minutes with someone in front of it. They opened the window, told the customer something, and the customer gave up and left. I pulled forward and was greeted by 5 workers standing in that area. All smiles and laughs, making jokes instead of burgers. The location is literally 50ft from Freddy’s so the only reason I choose to go here is for speed and convenience (Freddy’s isn’t even much more money). They have repeatedly demonstrated the inability to cook, assemble, or serve food.

This place was nasty inside. All the tables was dirty and the floors had food and trash on it. I tried to call to turn it in an got no return call.
No one at the counter. Finally ordered from kiosk. Sat and waited over 15 minutes, no food. Watched 3 other customer' orders a the counter and got their food. I was irrated and went the counter and demanded to talk to the manager. This young guy came up. I wanted to know where my order was. In a snide way, he asked for my receipt. I told him the kiosk didn't print one. I demanded my money back. Then he got into my face and told me to leave. Then a second employee told me to leave. They told me to call corporate to get my money back. They were both very aggressive and threatening to call the police. I called 911. My wife tried to talk to the manager and he refused to provide contact info on corporate.
The police made him provide a refund.

The Branson West McDonald's is so slow snails pass you while you're trying to get your food. It's probably against their religion to cook more than two or three burgers at a time but when you've got a rush hour that goes around the door you might want to cook a few up it's not like they're going to sit around and get cold or anything same way with the french fries. Somebody needs a show those people what the word hustle is all about !!!
