Horrible service! Waited 40 min to be told they didn’t receive our mobile order. We showed the lady at the counter we paid via mobile app. She informed us that they didn’t receive it or someone may have taken our ordered. She told us that we could place our order in store, pay for it yet again, and try to get a refund on the app. I refused to wait even longer then I already had and walked out without a refund or food. So, I had some points through McDonald's rewards that were going to expire and I needed to use them. I chose a cheeseburger. Normally, they give you a fresh whatever.... Well, most McDonald's do! I went to the one on 76 by Price Chopper. I am very disappointed. They gave me one that had obviously been previously made and sat under the hot lamp far too long. The bun was dry and flat. The patty also dry and flat. So, basically I got ketchup covered Styrofoam!
McDonald’s was it cold food. Don’t come in Branson Missouri 248 two. High price tell everybody. Tell
