20 minutes from order to pickup in drive thru. Grandchild had to go use restroom; poop all over one toilet& toilet paper everywhere. Apparently unfortunately understaffed.

EDIT: quick response from McD's on this to me after review, I think it will change. Came to this McD’s at 7:30a on a Monday. Took 28 minutes to get our food. Our coffee was sitting there behind the counter for the whole time. No food. Finally I asked them to bring me my coffee since we waited so long. They could only take cash unless you went through drive through? WHAT? Another customer had same issues and when talking to manager (he shouldn’t have cussed her) she refused to serve him.

Save your time and your money.
Placed a mobile order, still waited almost an hour once arriving to store. Just to get the wrong food. It’s absolutely ridiculous

3 of 4 kiosks dont work, the one that did cashless did not work. Water spiket does not work. I would recommend taking a few days to fix your restaurant to come to some sort of workable condition.

The entire restuarant was completely filthy. I should have taken some pictures. We ordered our food at the kiosks and then looked around. Oh my, herendous!!!!
We were there at about 7:15 pm. There were 4 others there ordering food also. After we looked at the tables and floors and serving areas, we decided to cancel our order, way too disgusting. I went to the counter and spoke to one person and asked for a refund, it was less than 2 minutes after i had completed our order. He went to the manager and told him that we needed a refund. After waiting for assistance for another 3.5 minutes, i walked towards the area behind the counter and looked at the food prep area. Grease coated the floor, all different kinds of food was laying on the floor. Spilled beverages and shake liquids were coating the floors also. No way would this place pass any sort of health inspection. I spoke to the Manager, finally, and asked him for a refund and to cancel our order. He did that with no problem. He didnt ask why or what was wrong. I asked him if he wanted to know why, he just looked at me so I told him that the entire place was just gross. His reply was that they have been busy.
Ok, I get being busy, I was a Manager for 29 years, that is no excuse for the food prep area nor the earing areas to look like they did. Very unsanitary.
We left and went to DQ just up the street, flawlessly clean, the entire area, food prep and eating areas were clean and well maintained. They were busier but very clean and organized.

Leadership somewhere needs to step in, lead and direct and teach the team at this establishment how to run this business.
Note: the people that ordered their meal right after me, cancelled their order also, nasty place!

Ordered bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal and sausage burritos meal. Both meals came out cold. The eggs cold, the meat cold, the cheese cold and the biscuit cold. I have never had food this BAD from McDonald’s.
