Ate here for years. It’s really went downhill. Menu is nothing like it used to be. Food was horrible. Eggs had a powdery aftertaste, we were afraid to eat them. Pancakes had pieces of broccoli in the batter. Not kidding. 11 items for breakfast now. That’s it. Shops have no pulse anymore. You’re honestly better off eating at Taco Bell across the street. Save your $15 a person and go someplace else.

I ordered the hamburger steak dinner, broccoli came out cold. Hamburger steak was burnt and very tuff. No manager came out to talk to me after I sent both items back. I did see her walk out of the back and to the lobby though.

Located inside of a mall. Nothing fancy, but has good food and good service. Two of us had the BLT sandwich which was very good. We were allowed to substitute the fries for a different side. When I was brought the wrong side, they corrected the error. Two of us had the meatloaf meal. They liked the flavor, but didn't care for the onions in it. However, they gave great portion sizes.

Don’t eat here. The food has no flavor, just the taste of oil. Everything was microwave heated. The bake potato I ordered was served cold. They had to reheat it in the microwave. When it came back with the sour cream all melted and destroyed from the re-heat I knew I made a huge mistake coming here. This is not a restaurant, just a glorified county fair stand serving sub-par food in a massive building. This is the first time I have ever literally left a restaurant with out eating more then few bites. Stay far away.

Wonderful staff and delicious food! I got the pot roast and it was wonderfully tender. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Branson.

I will never come back to this ever again this is so embarrassing for not just the establishment but the workers for this being my first time at this establishment. I was promised good food and was left unsatisfied I ordered door dash the moment I got back to my hotel.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Good food at good prices. Absolutely delicious giant cinnamon roll. It was so big we split it, and they're made fresh on site by hand! Amazing, highly recommend!
