Good looking facility, the bourbon was good but I'm was not happy with the server, I'm a bourbon lover and have been to many of the big distilleries and smaller distilleries, whenever we travel I try to find a distillery to try there goods. I'm not saying I'm a sommelier, but I know how to do a tasting, I was disappointed when I was directed on how to enjoy the white lightning. This was our 2nd trip in two years. As soon as we walked in the door Jamie recognized us and gave us a great welcome. He is extremely knowledgeable. After we sampled some moonshine and whiskey we enjoyed a bourbon mule and an apple, butterscotch and cinnamon moonshine creation. Greg steered us to some great catfish at Flat Creek. Great trip for a couple from Maryland. We WILL be back.

I'm not a liquor guy so I didn't try them unfortunately.. However, the Golden Ale on tap was actually super flavorful. Best thing was the guy running the bar.. Friendly, attentive, offered up some great recommendations.. Highly recommend this one.
