This place was amazing! All of the kitties were so sweet and all adoptable! The workers were all so friendly and brought our drinks to us. There were over 40 cats there so plenty of kitty’s for everyone to play with. They had toys, cat beds everywhere, and cat TV. 10/10 recommend!

Not what I expected at all. Wasn’t impressed with the cafe and all the cats are in a separate area, which isn’t a bad thing, but you have to pay extra to see them and spend time with them. Not a horrible experience but not great either.

Came for the cats but left without being able to meet or even touch one of them. The lady at the front desk was nice but the lady guarding the cats was a bit rude. Not only that but we weren’t able to go in and pet or meet the kitties. Very disappointed with this “cat” café. Also, btw you have to pay a lot and wait a lot if you actually want to meet any of the cats.

Lots of fun for humans, not so sure about the cats. Glad they have a home and attention but some are so skittish I wonder if too much attention for introverted cats. So glad the owner tries to control this and.has monitors in the room. Our family loves cats and had a great time. Overall good but wish all cat owners would spay and neuter so places like this are needed and all cats could have their own homes.

A wonderful place to visit with adoptable cats, with handcrafted drinks—with or without caffeine—and cat themed gifts. The staff are just as cat crazy as I am, and have recognized me even though I’m not a local. I have no intention of adopting a cat at this time, but I support the cause and will gladly spend money there!

Some of staff is unpleasant. They get offended if you ask them simple questions (not taking into consideration that not everyone has patronized one of those types of businesses). Based on other reviews, there appears to be staff that are more helpful, so hopefully, you will not run into the same staff person that I did. Also, they do not serve paninis until 11:30. We paid ahead of time to “visit” the cat room, but since we could not eat there (wait, we could have gotten muffins 🤮), we ended up having to forfeit the money we paid for the cat room since we couldn’t go eat somewhere else and return in time, and they will not give you a refund. You will need to call (hope you don’t get a rude employee), and ask questions prior to paying/scheduling ahead. Otherwise, you will lose money.

It was quite fun to plan to visit, and the cats were very sweet to meet, but the smell was absolutely overwhelming and gross. They claimed to have an air purifier in there, but it was pretty rancid. I'm only giving two stars because the cats deserve it, but otherwise, we'd never visit again. It's a shame, but they really shouldn't be allowed to run a place like this. They're obviously too overrun, or just not clean. The drinks were okay, but it was difficult to enjoy them in the cat area because the smell was just too terrible. We ended up leaving before our time was up because it was so bad. 😥 We were very disappointed in the entire experience, but felt even worse for the cats that have to live like that in this facility. 💔
