Recently the service at this establishment tends to be better during their evening hours from 3pm-close. In my experience, there's only one individual that runs the line and they dont seem too keen of the new registers they installed recently.

The food is top notch, though. The service could use some re-work.

So they had a Nacho special . $5.99 . What a bargain. They loaded up these nachos . The girl Dana . Did a great job plenty of chicken and condiments . I get to the register and Tori the manager. Tells me I have a free cup of queso . What a bargain nachos for $5.99 and a free cup of queso with chips . So needless to say it was a pleasant experience ... Thanks to Dana and Tori .

I have not ate here. And yet my card was charged over 40$ on Friday. I filed a dispute with my bank and yes it was denied. I have called and no one answers the phone. I’m extremely frustrated and would like management to reach out to me about this.

I've been there five times this year. The first was in May and Tori was the reason we came back, although the food was great. I cannot say enough good about Tori, his personality, his serving heart, the importance that he brings to the experience, the individual and how he values each person that walks through the door. We came once when he wasn't there and were disappointed. This guy needs to be cloned. He should be training staff everywhere. His joy and happiness is infectious. We will call ahead before we go back to make sure he's working. Oh, did I mention that the food is great?!
