First time there in 2023 with my brother from out of town right before they closed for the season. The female bar staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and greeted us professionally. We drank and ate at the bar. It was an awesome experience.I recently moved to Branson so I anxiously went back as soon as possible. I missed the friendly women at the bar and the positive atmosphere, plus the music. I went alone to have a couple of beers and listen to the music. Unfortunately I had a new male waiter who rudely ask me what I wanted while I was sitting at the bar. I know he was busy but I felt he wasn't very friendly or he was forced to help me.What happened to greeting people and giving your name and asking politely if they can help you? People need customer service skills training these days. Again, I was asked rudely and loudly if I wanted another beer later. Then I told him I had to transfer money from my accounts to pay the $14. The male waiter kept asking me if I figured it out twice. I told him I wasn't going to run out without paying..lol. Then he leaves the machine there for me to finish the transaction on my own. Of course I didn't tip and I failed to mark I had bad service.. He then leaned over next to me practically rubbing me to retrieve the machine from my side without saying excuse me. He could have gone around the bar and gotten it where he left it ..lol. I just live around the corner and wanted to make this my regular beer stop after work. Well, I think I'm going to stay away until I see those nice ladies again. I always tip good, but never for rude and bad service. Now I know why the bar is always empty. I wanna go where everybody knows my name...(Cheers) lmao ? I think Craig's treehouse will be my next new place... They still know my name from last year.Thank you.

Went for lunch with our two kids. This place is awesome! Tons of nostalgia from the 80s (if you are an elder millennial or gen x age, lots of childhood memorabilia) good atmosphere for kids as well with a stage to play on. Food was good and came out quickly. Server Jeremiah was super pleasant and fun. This was our favorite restaurant on the strip and prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Terrible Terrible service. sat there for ten minutes after order drinks waiting for said drinks. After receiving drinks we sat there for 30 mins waiting and watching other groups come in sit down and eat then leave. when we ordered we waited for another 30 min before getting fed up and asked for our check. when explaining why we would like our check and not pay for the food we never received the waitress got visibly upset, slammed her toast device on the table and started getting lippy with us about how they are short staffed. Me being an understanding person would normally be ok with that excuse but this was not the case as multiple tables came in after us, ate, and left all before we even got to order. would not recommend. 3/11/2024

Such a fun experience. The decor, the food, the vibes, all great. Our waitress, Dani, was awesome. She was always checking on us, made sure our food came out perfectly, and overall did a great job. We’ll definitely come back by when we are back in town!
This place is great, the food was delicious, and just one serving was more than enough to fill me (and can eat alot)The Loaded fries and mad max were both delicious. The atmosphere was both fun and calming at the same time, so much so that my mom commented that the anxiety she's been feeling the last week just fell awayOur server Jerry also made the experience better with jokes and food recommendations. They also have no problem with changing the food slightly to help accommodate even my dislike for cabbage so I am sure they would have no problem accounting for dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is super cool when you walk in. A ton of nostalgic decor items to look at.The food was very good. Fresh and hot. I loved their fries, sweet potato waffle fries, and my kids said that the onion rings were very good. Most of had various burgers, and two kids each tried one of their options for chicken tenders and liked it.Pricing is pretty fair for what I expected.The only disappointment was the price for the "museum" area, and we wanted to go to the gift shop, but apparently that's part of the museum and you have to pay. I believe the prices ranged from $15-$19. Would have made $100 of me in merch at the gift store if the museum was free. Didn't seem like anyone was in there.
